The locations is very convenient. It just next to MBK shopping mall. It accessible to Siam Discovery and Siam Paragon. The room is spacious, clean and neat. We love the body wash, hair shampoo and hair conditioner especially the body lotion. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is variety western and eastern food. The restaurant can accommodate many people. They also have gym and swimming pools. This hotel is suitable for families with children and teens. It’s our fourth time to stay here. We definitely will be back soon.

Great experience. There's some issues with the water heater during midnight and the hotel staff (Heng) upgraded the room for us with no additional cost and delivered a box of chocolate to our room. Appreciated his good service. Very happy and pleasant stay here. Wonderful location, easy access to so many shopping malls.

Excellent. I was impressed with their service and the outlook of the hotel despite this hotel has been here for a few decades. Food was good and the bed was comfortable. We will be coming back next time.

Nice location next to MBK. Service staff is friendly. TV channels can be more comprehensive and TV can be bigger

My last stay with them is before Covid, everything was prefect, in fact is my choice whenever going to Bangkok. However, this time round, it’s become one of the most disappointing experience for a 5 stars hotel, almost all staff except the staffs during morning breakfast has service, the rest will treat u like transparent.. Room was alright, can tell it’s old but well maintained, water pressure is so low, toilet stuck twice in 3 days. Another issue I faced is the lift, lift was so old, card reader can read sometime can’t read, have to visit the front desk 4times in 3days to have it fix.. 3th June 2.30-3pm there is a electrical shut down, staff was not well trained at all, making my whole family walk here and there and eventually to the bar to sit, staff offer me to get a drink, when refused, a few staff was looking at me like I was not suppose to be there… What a shame for a 5-stars hotel to have such services, there is no excuse to have such service considering the hotel has been around for 20+ years.. has this hotel pass his prime? Only saving grace is, when I approached the front desk manager, she is really nice and kind, accepting the comment with grace. She is the only positive staff I made throughout the stay.. sorry forgotten your name, but thank u so much! All the best to u… As for me, I will be returning on the 19th June, I’m still struggling, should I be given this once the best hotel in Thailand another chance.

Conveniently located next to MBK and near to national stadium bts. Room is big and spacious. Bed and pillow are comfortable.

Service was excellent. Room was very clean and feels new. Believed would had undergone a refurbishment. Need to walk a bit to train station but within the mall, so its not too bad after all.

The locations and hotel room size is good. I am just disappointed that I’m staying during my birthday and they didn’t manage to give me a birthday cake. I saw that is some other review - They’ve arranged birthday cake and birthday surprise for the other hotel guest

I recently stayed here during a family trip to Bangkok, and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We arrived just after midnight, yet the staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient, making check-in smooth and stress-free even at such a late hour. The service throughout our stay remained consistently excellent - warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Our room was impressively spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and it felt like great value for the level of quality offered. One of the biggest highlights was the location - it’s directly connected to MBK Center via level 2, which made shopping, dining, and getting around so convenient. As a bonus, we were happy to find several halal food options just a short walk away, which made meals with the family so much easier. There's also BTS (train) next to MBK. Even though this hotel isn't part of a well-known chain, it truly delivers a five-star experience in every way that matters - comfort, service, and convenience. The only small downside was that the concierge is located on level 2 rather than the main entrance, which made things slightly confusing at first. That said, it’s a minor inconvenience in an otherwise outstanding stay. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to families or anyone visiting Bangkok looking for a well-located, high-quality place to stay.

Our first stay in this hotel, honestly this is one of the best hotel I ever stayed in Bangkok. We are greeted with warm service right from the moment we alight from the car after reaching the hotel. The reception counter. Restaurant staff and bell boy were all friendly and willing to help. The hotel room was very clean, big, has a sofa bed beside the king size bed as well. Plenty of space to roam in the room. Shower room was big, has a nice bathtub to relax and enjoy. Hotel location was excellent, just right beside MBK Center and was walking distance to Siam Discovery, Siam Paragon. The only complain if I have to pick , is the breakfast variety provided by the hotel. It’s kind of limited variety. It’s decent, not great though.

The facilities are quite old. Bedside, wonder if the filtration system of the swimming pool is with problem, there are precipitates generated at the bottom of the pool. We opine the hotel has to look into the hygiene matter. However, the location is very good. We are use take the public transportation to the attractions very easily.

Good location. Directly linked to MBK (via level 2) and National Stadium BTS. There’s a 7-11 at level 1. Modern and clean room. Buffet breakfast spread was good and some food items were changed daily. Go before 9am to avoid queues. Can reach Siam square, Siam paragon in less than 15min walk. However sound proof is quite bad. Can hear the traffic sound at night on level 19

Excellent location & staff were all very friendly. We were there for Valentine Day & they decorate up the bed. Very nice!
