I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the cave hotel. It was a unique experience paired with outstanding customer service. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Upon an unexpectedly early arrival, we were offered a complimentary breakfast. The room was serviced and cleaned on a regular basis and the location was walking distances from majority of the Goreme hotspots.

This hotel is run by a family. When I reach there it was 7 in the morning and the room was not ready yet. The weather was so cold. The receptionist invited me to have a breakfast while waiting for the room and best of all, it FREE OF CHARGE. The breakfast was good. The whole family was so friendly and treated me very well. Location wise, considered its in the centre of Goreme town. 400m from the bus station. Room was clean and very cozy. Huge too!

Love our location it was so convenient. Thank you for setting up the room for our honeymoon (: enjoyed our stay.

The room was great, the bathroom was big, and it was very hot in winter with floor heating.

Excellent family hotel, in a cave style. The staff is simply excellent, helpful and pleasant. The only downside is that there is construction going on nearby, but this does not interfere with the area. Great terrace overlooking the balls and the city.

We stayed for 10 nights and used Goreme as a base for exploring Cappadocia by car. It worked well. This little family run hotel is just great. We had room 3 on the ground floor and it was spacious and comfortable with a large bathroom. Characterful cave room, stable temperature. Breakfast was always good with a wide range of food available. Mustafa on reception was really friendly and helpful, giving good advice about local eating places and travel destinations. The roof terrace was large and has furniture that needs to be updated. Location on a side street was good, quiet at night. Lovely ground floor courtyard outside our room. Would stay again.

I stayed here in 2022 (it was amazing!) on a trip with my mum. I left my hair straightener (a GHD) and they kept it for me until I could pick it up. TWO YEARS LATER when I was in Turkey again they had it sent to my next hotel outside of Istanbul!! And they didn’t charge me anything!!! The service was amazing.

Our very first visit to Türkiye and we kick start our adventure with Göreme, Capadocia. We did make the hotel reservations beforehand as well as requested for pick-up service. After a long journey and time difference, we were tired. Also was excited and a bit worried about experiencing a new country and new people. But our worries were put a side the moment we met Mr. Emre Eren from the Erenbey Cave Hotel. He greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel at ease. He drove us to the hotel and helped us with the check-in as well as getting us settled. This was our very first time experiencing a cave hotel, and we enjoyed it to the max. The receptionist Mr. Mustafa helped us with arranging the guided tours as well as by patiently answering our oh so many queries almost about everything. The breakfast buffet served delicious local cuisine, and everything was so fresh. Our stay in Goreme was made even more enjoyable thanks to the wonderful people of Erenbey Cave Hotel. The location of the hotel is very convenient too. I would highly recommend this hotel for everyone.

Erenbey is a Family establishment run by the local owners who was born and raised in Goreme and still lives next door to the hotel. The wonderful staff at the facility are present 24/7 super friendly, very polite and ext really helpful. All locals are fluent in English and other languages and offer guidance and suggestions based on their long term local experience. All rooms are converted from the original family home to a refurbished and lovely decorated rooms carved into the mountain giving visitors an authentic experience. Moderately priced with daily breakfast and central location at Goreme this is a highly recommended place to stay. The local wine on offer and the Terrace above the hotel ad value to the overall experience. We stayed few days and we were so amazed by the room, the kindness of the staff and their professionalism.. our room was in a cave.. everything was clean. Breakfast changes a little bit everyday.. if we come back in this beautiful city, we hope to stay in this family hotel again .. thank you

Everything was wonderful. We were so impressed by the staffs' hospitality. They really did their best to make our stay perfect. Specially mentioned Mustafa, he was really friendly, kind and helpful. Here, they had many tour services that you can booked with. We booked a balloon flight in good price and a very nice day tour. Very convenient. The location was very near to the Goreme city center and required only short walk to bus station. The room was spacious and everything inside was comfortable and in cave style. Breakfast was nice and the cook was lovely.
