very good hotel to stay ,and the costumer service is so nice too

Unfortunately, the stay and experience was a complete nightmare. We arrived at the property and was greeted with a cigarette smell. The smell was exchanged by an extreme stingy sewer / toilet stench as we entered the room. We exchanged the room immediately. The front desk lady was nice and exchanged for us the rooms. However, the stench occurred in the second room as well. As we have already settled in a refund was not possible which upsets us very much as we would have definitely changed the hotel. This was an absolute nightmare experience as the smell, despite opening the window, didn’t vanished and the odor even cling to our clothes. We didn’t dare to use the bathroom and shower the whole stay and shutting our eyes for a sleep was hard. Thus, we really hope the hotel or Trip.com will compensate us for this horrible experience. For your notice, we weren’t the only ones complaining as multiple people open their doors during their stay or left the building.

The room is good. The hotel is clean and the staff of the hotel is helpful. I would suggest to pay attention to book a room with the window. The shower is not separeted from the toilet, not even the curtain. Overall for 5 night stay was decent.

This hotel is excellent. This is my second time staying in this hotel. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are helpful and friendly. We stayed in a corner room, so it is very quiet. There is a laundry room, with washer and dryer, so it is a big help if you are on a long trip.

The staff is not so friendly and welcoming to the guests. Unfortunately, the staff at the reception does not speak English. The staff is smoking in the rooms and in front of the rooms. That’s why the room stinks. The room was not cleaned during our 4 days of stay. We just got new water and towels. And the room was dirty when we first came in. The room ist extremely small and had no window.

Reception really tried to help me. Having said that, the room wasn’t very clean. There was no night light.

Budget hotel close to train station, location did not have much but service and facilities was good

Great little hotel and in a nice local street with good food options. I prefer more local places and environments and this is a simple but clean and cheap place to stay a night before taking the train from Beijing Nan Railway Station that is about 30mins walk away. I'd be keen to stay here again. Nothing special but happy and friendly :)

the location was 13-15 minutes walk away, nothing much in the area except cheap good resto, and taxi to some malls. staff can’t speak English much.
