Excellent services, the staff is really professional and kind, i didn’t catch the guy who work at the reception name, but good job. The hero saved the day by reminding me, that i forgot to take my medication at the fridge. Overall 10/10 for the great sevice

Excellent hotel Polite and helpful staff Big & Clean rooms

Great location in the city centre, large room but no window, Japanese toilet seat.

Stayed 2 days. After 1st day, we noticed the door can be opened freely not needing to use the access card! We were shocked and feedback. The replied we got is they will look into it. Not even offering to change the room for us. Then in the middle of the night they rang us and said we did not pay for the fee for the 2nd night stay. And everyone got to wake up and go to the counter and show the booking record which was from trip.com platform. Next morning, though the lady boss tried to explain it was system error, we were all frustrated by the act. Even though she refunded a night room fare as compensation, we were however unpleased with the stay.

Far from the market, the facilities are poor and not clean, which is suitable for the Chinese as the rooms have a smokey smell, and there are no grocery or Western restaurants nearby.

Friendly staff and provide good assistance and the rooms are wide /I will come back to stay again. /near restaurants

Parking is not very convenient, the parking lot is a bit small. You have to call the front desk to ask the waiter to lift the barrier before you can enter. There is no passage in the parking lot and you have to walk a distance with your suitcase back to the front desk. The room is clean and has good air conditioning. The breakfast is also very good!

I slept very soundly at night. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, the hot water comes quickly, and the shower head discharges water evenly. The attitude of the front desk and cleaning staff is very good and responsive. There are not many types of breakfast, but there are both Chinese and Western styles, including buns, porridge, eggs, salads, and bread, and the taste is also OK. The location is also convenient, not far from the subway station and the business district, and there are many snacks around. Parking is convenient here, the shampoo and shower gel are very easy to use, there is a robot service, and the cost performance is very high. I will choose here next time!

The free room upgrade offered by Ctrip is not available at this hotel. In a word, we cannot upgrade today because the room is fully booked. I have booked many hotels during this trip, and none of them failed to deliver the promise of free room upgrade. This hotel has broadened my horizons. It seems that I should still book chain hotels to ensure my rights. The room reserved for me is very close to the road, and there is a park across the street. I told them that the sleep quality is not good and asked them to change to a room not close to the road, but they said they could not change. The windows are single-layer glass, and the sound insulation is very poor. I could hear music and car horns in the park very early in the morning. The front desk even asked me when I checked out, "Did you sleep well at night?" I am really impressed.

The room is big, with two large beds, but the soundproofing is not good, the sanitation is not good, there is a spider silk on the top of the bed, and another one in the corner, which is very annoying, but everything else is good
