Excellent services, the staff is really professional and kind, i didn’t catch the guy who work at the reception name, but good job. The hero saved the day by reminding me, that i forgot to take my medication at the fridge. Overall 10/10 for the great sevice

Great location in the city centre, large room but no window, Japanese toilet seat.

Stayed 2 days. After 1st day, we noticed the door can be opened freely not needing to use the access card! We were shocked and feedback. The replied we got is they will look into it. Not even offering to change the room for us. Then in the middle of the night they rang us and said we did not pay for the fee for the 2nd night stay. And everyone got to wake up and go to the counter and show the booking record which was from trip.com platform.
Next morning, though the lady boss tried to explain it was system error, we were all frustrated by the act.
Even though she refunded a night room fare as compensation, we were however unpleased with the stay.

Far from the market, the facilities are poor and not clean, which is suitable for the Chinese as the rooms have a smokey smell, and there are no grocery or Western restaurants nearby.
