Yingde Hotels with Wi-Fi

Hotel totally new! So everything is clean and ready to run. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff is amazing helpful and always smiling! Facilities are nice in hotel . The others facilities around are just starting. So hot spring is running but not yet finished and the amusement park also is not completely finished . Water park was not open during our stay. Western buffet and breakfast is average. We do not enjoy so much the foods and the diversity. Quality for the price is not at the level of Hilton brand yet. Should be improved. Maybe the Chinese restaurant is better but not try... (One important point to find the hotel you should go in the parking of the amusement park and drive to the backside... no tag for it... so ask staff to guide you)

We booked a room on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the swimming lane. The room was large and full of childishness. Unlimited public hot spring and swimming lane tickets for 2 adults and 1 child (1 little finger for children under 1.4m) are cost-effective! This time we traveled off-peak, there were no crowds, no dumplings, the park's public facilities were close to the room, and the front desk also thoughtfully arranged a battery car to pick us up. The hot springs, small trains, and swimming lane boating were enough for us to play. After breakfast, we went to the park's Guanlu Pavilion and saw flocks of egrets and circling eagles. This natural resource is rare! On the way to Guanlu Pavilion, we also saw a cat-shaped tree (Figure 3) The happiest thing is that the front desk ladies, the room cleaning aunt, and the service brothers and sisters in the hot spring area all served us carefully. Especially the front desk-Zhuzhu, who responded quickly and always accompanied with warm reminders👍

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and the warmth and hospitality of the staff truly made it an unforgettable experience. A special mention goes to 刘贤英, 谭翠玲, and 龚武平 at the hot spring, whose exceptional service and genuine care stood out. 刘贤英 went above and beyond by sharing her personal preserved fruit snacks with my son when he didn’t fancy the oranges provided, a thoughtful gesture that touched our hearts. Additionally, 毛有谷 at the reception was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation to the train station, ensuring our travel plans were seamless and stress-free. The hotel itself is fantastic, but it’s the staff’s kindness and attention to detail that set it apart. Their warm-hearted service made us feel so welcome, and we can’t wait to return for another visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and heartfelt stay!

Special thanks to the housekeeper Xiaowen. The consultation and reminder before check-in and the service during the stay were very considerate, efficient and professional. Thumbs up 👍 The layout of the villa is reasonable. Except for the rooms on the first floor, all rooms have independent bathrooms. The hall is large enough and very suitable for gatherings. KTV, game consoles, mahjong, and tea sets are all available. The children's room is nice and the children like it very much. Although the kitchen does not have gas, it has enough barbecue ingredients. The hot spring pool is relatively clean, just put a little cold water to rinse it. The courtyard is sufficient, and barbecue and hot spring bathing can be done at the same time without being cramped. The quality of toiletries and slippers is good and sufficient. The bathroom is large enough and the equipment is good, but not too many people can take a bath at the same time because it is an air water heater, but the hot water replenishment is not too slow. Overall, it was a happy and pleasant journey!

A great hotel, right next to Huanghua Town, seven or eight minutes away from Xiao Zhaozhou Bridge. There are many facilities in the hotel, including a gym, swimming pool, children's playroom, etc., and they are all free. The room is very clean and the bedding is good. Breakfast is okay, with about ten or twenty varieties. There are electric cars and bicycles for rent at the door of the hotel, which is convenient for traveling. There are also several restaurants nearby, which is also very convenient for eating.

I went to Baojing Palace to stay at this hotel. The front desk service was very good. If there are elderly people in the family, they will be arranged on the 4th floor without going up the stairs. The environment is clean and hygienic! Convenient parking! Even after twelve o'clock at night, there are still children shouting and playing in the corridor. Room service staff should increase their service awareness and take the initiative to mediate, instead of asking customers to respond to problems before handling them.

It is best to travel by car. The nearest attraction is Baojing Palace, about 7 kilometers away, and Yingxi Peak Forest is about 70 kilometers away. It is more convenient to go shopping and watch movies. There is Pearl Square nearby.

This is an excellent hotel with extremely friendly staff. I don't think they get many foreign guests here and the staff were especially accommodating to me, even bringing fresh fruit and other snacks to my room as a way of showing hospitality. As for the hotel itself, it is an impressively large building with a classical style; the rooms themselves contain many dark woods that would have been seen in the Chinese hotels of yesterday. Everything is clean and well-maintained and the amenities are that of a far more expensive hotel. The location is within walking distance of the main shopping district but also close to the 'old town', where surprisingly impoverished and ramshackle dwellings can be seen. There is a bus station around 2km away that has services to popular tourist destinations like Jiulong village. The hotel itself may also provide such services but I didn't ask about that this time. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay in Yingde!

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was very good, and the service was attentive. The waiter personally took us to the underground parking lot, and the security guard personally took us to the roadside to find a parking space. The hotel also reimbursed the parking fee. The room may be newly renovated, the wiring pipe of the sink is unsightly exposed, the faucet of the wash basin is installed incorrectly, and water splashes everywhere! The decoration style in the room is indeed a bit earthy, and the color combination is hard to describe 😂
