Muen Hot Spring Hotel Reviews

We love  this hotel being it is huge and the hot spring bath is clear and good . Their breakfast is so good and many variety to choose from . There is a nice coffee corner that we can always goes down for free coffee whenever we like . Only one thing strange is that in the month of May now there is still Christmas decor all around . Otherwise all is good

Was assigned to the older building. Amenities was so-so. Service attitude wasn't very good. The tub in the room can fit 2 adults comfortably. 3 if you don't mind squeezing.

This hotel has transformed from a small hotel to a more than 70 room, their success you will be impressed from your arrival,one employee stand at front hotel and guide you to the parking lot if you are driving, not have to ask front desk.breakfast has traditionally Chinese and Western style,but delicious.the breakfast hall like a big banquet hall with big screen playing classical orchestra music ,you will eat more what you usually do

Okay. Big space and bed. Will be better if the hotel renovate with new furnishings.

Not sure why the floor in the room was always wet during our stay there.

Very good service and delicious food. Good choice for family.

TV in the room was out of order but not a big issue for us. Bath was excellent.

Nice breakfast and hot spring pool

The hotel is in a great location next to Tangweigou Park. The hot spring pool in the room and bathroom is very large. The accommodation and hot spring bath are very comfortable. The breakfast is rich and has many choices. I will stay here again if I have the chance.

As soon as we entered the room, we were hit by a terrible smell. We immediately reported it to the receptionist and he quickly changed our room to the same size, just on a different floor. The room is big, the bed is also extra big, there is an aromatherapy machine with essential oils in the room, and you can take a bath in the bathroom. It is no problem for 4 people to take a bath together. I don’t know if it’s because it’s a normal day or the weather is hot, but my family is the only one in the public pool. I was very happy to book the whole place. I would like to praise the breakfast. There are many varieties and it is delicious. There is also a super big screen to watch. The music is also nice. The overall feeling is great. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance.

Thank you Muen for upgrading our room👍 A small drawback is that the bed is too soft. I have stayed here three times and I really like the hot spring pool at Muen. Breakfast is also very diverse, picky eaters are the happiest A must stay when you come to Jiaoxi, highly recommend
