We had a relaxing stay at the Knights Ocean Hotel in Penglai. The location of the hotel is ideal for beach access as well as Europark. The staff are so friendly and they even upgraded our room at no extra charge. The person at the front desk, Linda, spoke English so well and she was able to answer all our questions with such patience and clarity. The facilities at the hotel include amazing breakfast, a child-friendly environment with entertainment for children, a pool, gym, and a hot springs spa. We left rejuvenated and relaxed. All the major tourist attractions are not far and taxis are easily accessible. The hotel also has someone at the reception area who will help you book tours. You can even hire public motorized bikes using WeChat, literally outside the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Penglai.

the place is not bad but because of the location and near, you can rent a motorcycle from hotel just 40 yuan. I think they should focus more on the cleaning but other things are fine.

We were wonderfully surprised by this magnificent hotel. Room is spacious and clean. We stayed two nights and tried out the swimming pool, the amusement park across the street. And my folks also tried the spring spa. You are required to wear swimming suits to go in the natural spring bath. The breakfast has a lot of choices. We highly recommend and would come back.

Nice hotel with possibility to eat western dishes at Paladin bar located inside the hotel. Breakfast service starts at 07:30am which is too late for person on business trips.

Super nice hotel, I like it very much. It is very close to Penglai Station. The Eurofort project is almost closed in winter. It is mainly a hotel for soaking. The room is comfortable and you can see the castle from the balcony. You can watch IQiyi on TV.

Accompanying the children to play at Europa Fort, the front desk upgraded the room type to one with a small balcony. Opposite the Europa Fort amusement park, it was great. There were not many people in the hotel, but the service and breakfast were very good. It is just one intersection away from the beach, so you can enjoy the sea breeze and feed the seagulls.

This time, I stayed in the tree house of Penglai Knight Hotel: the front desk staff warmly and sincerely received me. The check-in process was efficient and considerate. They also carefully introduced the hotel's facilities and the surrounding fun places to me, which instantly made me feel at home. I was amazed when I walked into the tree house room. The children lived very happily, the bathroom facilities were complete, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the quality was very high. I was really satisfied with this stay. Next time I come here, I will definitely choose the tree house of Penglai Knight Hotel!

Although the hotel does not have butler service, the front desk staff is very responsible. Because I travel with children, I will call one day in advance every time I check into the hotel, and I need to equip a lot of children's products. Similarly, many five-star hotels often lose things, either missing this or that. This hotel puts all the items in the room in advance. I like this meticulous spirit!
