The price of Atour X Hotel is inflated. It is not an independently operated hotel by Atour. Please choose carefully!!! The service facilities of the hotel are not as good as those of Atour 1. The price is too high: After checking in, I found that Atour X Hotel is not an independently operated hotel of Atour. The room rate is 509 per night (excluding breakfast) when booking. This price is higher than the average hotel standard for Yanji City (compared with the price of Hilton Hampton Hotel in the city at more than 600 per night, Guangzhou Lavande Hotel at more than 400 per night, and Renaissance, a high-end brand of Guiyang Marriott, is only more than 500 per night). In comparison, the price of more than 500 room rates of Atour X does not meet the market standard; 2. Narrow space: When checking in, the hotel informed that the room type was upgraded for free, but after checking in, it was found that the room type was very small (as shown in the picture). The overall facilities are comparable to domestic seasons, but the price is the standard of luxury hotels; 3. Poor room planning: Room 1*** is facing the public toilet, and the window in the room is the hotel's indoor public area (as shown in the picture), with poor security, and the hotel has no obvious signs or advance notice of the inner window room type; 4. Poor sound insulation: The sound of the next room and the square in the hotel can be heard clearly; 5. Poor management: After checking in, the above problems were not resolved satisfactorily after contacting the hotel to negotiate a room change. The hotel also informed us that there were no twin-bed rooms available for replacement that day. Later, we found that this room type was available for booking on the Ctrip platform; 6. Irregular pricing: The hotel was booked on Ctrip two weeks in advance for 509-night without breakfast. After checking in, the price of that night had been reduced to 394, which was a huge price difference. (The price difference has been refunded by the hotel) Note: The hotel is 300 in the off-season and 400 in the peak season (including breakfast). The price reduction of the inner window room is more in line with the market norms. It is recommended that everyone arrange the budget reasonably for travel.
