Good Property. Well taken care. One of old school style worth staying here. Recommended

Really disappointing for a 5 star hotel and with the price paid. Hotel was old and run down. Both front door and balcony door seems to be breaking down. Interior was old and dirty. Carpet seems like it hasn't been washed for years. The lamps had dirty brown stains and even the aircon doesn't seem to work. Fridge auto locks every time I close it and have to call the concierge up to unlock every time I want to open it up again. Toilet shower area didn't even have light when shower screen was drawn. Bedsheets were clean though that's about all.

So kind and trusty staff! Thanks for offering wonderful service which made me smile at all times.

Everything about the hotel is perfect. My only suggestion is get a new hairdryer. The current one barely works. Breakfast was delish and reception kindly arranged transportation for me.

Good hotel. A bit old, but Well maintained. Great breakfast. English speaking front desk, but not housekeeping staff. Overall is good

Enjoyed the stay. Very accommodating staff, clean place and it feels like home. Will surely go back.

It’s not new but generally speaking it’s good. After my nightmare stay in Astana and aktau with those international groups’ properties I am more certain about it.

Great location with good price. Large swimming pool with the sauna and fitness center. There is a spa and massage for the additional payment.

Excellent breakfast with a very wide variety of food. There was a separate vegan counter which was very nice
