This Hilton location was one of the worst? 1. Hotel lobby was like a sona, they do not turn the AC 2. Hotel room was too small and the bathroom was not up to five star hotel standard? 3. Staff at the breakfast restaurant were rude. 4. We arrived and no one came to help us with our bags.

On the first day I checked in, the glass door of the shower room suddenly burst while I was taking a shower. The broken glass hurt my arms and feet, and I continued to bleed. I called the front desk five times for someone to come to my room; the situation was very dangerous⚠️, and there was no Make any compensation and formally apologize to me. The overall feeling is very bad; and the facilities of this brand are substandard. There is a huge danger. If the glass fragments cut my arteries, I may faint quickly. If you are unlucky, you must stay at this Hilton. Be careful of their bathroom glass doors. All in all, it was a very unpleasant and life-threatening stay experience. I don't know how to protect my rights. They don't seem to care at all. Hopefully it won't leave any scars on my arms and feet. The hotel shower room glass door suddenly broken when i was showering ,the broken glasses hurt my arms and feet ,I was keeping blooding lots and after the 5th call to the reception deck ,some one come to my room to help me ; just 1or 2 mm the glasses will broken my main blood aorta, which can be vital disaster. And it seems they feel okay with their shower glass door ,but actually which can be super dangerous,be careful if you still dare to live in this Hilton . I don 't know how to protect my rights from them ,it seems they don't care and don't realized it is their problem at all . Disappointed to the Hilton brand . And it is the spring jew year holiday ,and the next day I get meeting ,which really kind of destroy my day and my trips ,hope there will be no scares remain on my arms and feet ;

This hotel is ideal for business travellers and potentially holidaymakers. Nicely laid out hotel from reception with a great bar in which the bartender has an unbelievable memory for previous drink order. Excellent variety of food for breakfast and dinner meal. Never tried lunch, but I would imagine it would be very nice. All the members of staff I had the pleasure to assist me with were excellent. The rooms were nice, clean and cozy and very tidy, along with a very good Wi-Fi connection. In summary this hotel is highly recommended for business travellers along with holiday makers.

We were celebrating Birthday at this lovely hotel and we have only good impressions about our stay. Staff at the reception Emin and Aysegul greeted us in very friendly way. Room was perfect, there’s everything you need. Outdoor pool was great and staff organized Birthday cake right at the pool which made us very happy. Nice touch:) thank you. Breakfast was really delicious and big choices of everything. Late check out also was given. Thank you Garden Inn for taking care of us, we’ll definitely come back!

A good hotel, if you have to go to the port. Very good and friendly service. Super comfortable rooms, beds and linnen, quiet and all clean. Also a ver good laundry service! A large menu to have dinner and a decent free breakfast early in the morning. Fast check in and check out.

Grest overall experience. Nice rooms, comfortable beds. Staff very helpful and serviceminded. Nice pool area, spa and gym. Hakim in the bar is a wonderful man - a treat. Good breakfast and good selection for lunch and dinner. Tasty dishes for dinner. Worth a visit.

Garden Inn Hilton had all the amenities near rooms,best dining,be it breakfast or lunch or dinner. Was very happy to live here on a short stay. My son's work at the Yalova shipyard made me stay here. Had gone on a holiday. Loved the local market local food and the general ambience. Will always stay here while at Turkey.

This is an excellent hotel. I read a criticism that the location makes walking to the city and the waterfront too difficult. That is true but can't be a bug problem as taxis are quite affordable in Turkey. The staff is great - friendly and helpful. A previous reviewer complimented the housekeeper. I agree. The room was nicely cleaned and restocked daily. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but we spoke to someone who did, and he said everything is excellent. Our room was a little small but very nicely arranged and outfitted. The gym, spa and indoor pool are much nicer than I expected. They had nice cookies and lemonade in the lobby in the afternoons - a nice touch. The snack sales area was remarkably well stocked. We didn't buy anything, so I don't know the prices. All in all, a very nice stay.

The staff are friendly The cleaning lady was so nice and good worker The room was clean and nice Overall I will stay at the hotel again for sure all the holidays in yalova We stay more than 34 days on the hotel and we feel like home We enjoyed it so much

The staff in this hotel is excellent, nice outdoor pool area, inside spa, pool, massage. Everything great. The only downside is that it's a bit close to the main road, but not a real problem. I had over 200 nights there last year.

By far one of the best hotels in the area. Decent rooms, very clean. Staff is very friendly and polite. It’s biggest drawback is Hilton’s restaurant with very slow service, very bad choice of raw ingredients (especially meat) and poor choice of fruits in the morning buffet.

The hotel is located in quite area and close proximity to YALOVA center. It is easy to reach FISH MARKET, STAR MALL and other facilities. Having stayed 8-days in the hotel allowed me to feel relaxed.
