Bed was rather small for 2 persons and a bit too soft for my liking. Location is not very central, but quiet location if preferred

Very poor service, if late over one hour check out, will charge you half day price. Don't visit that hotel any more.

Was upgraded to a bigger room with 2 double beds and with better view which was a plus! Free parking available and location was central for us to go to the different locations we planned to. Staff was friendly and kindly explained that they were an eco hotel and did not provide any disposable toiletries.

Pleasant experience at this hotel

One of the best hotel during my Taiwan trip. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Toilet came with a bidet. Underground parking was free. Good place to stay if you are driving.

The service staff is friendly and professional. Parking is convenient. The hotel beds and quilts are very comfortable. The water pressure and temperature of the shower equipment are stable and comfortable. The breakfast is super delicious.

Great service, needed baby supplies were in place. Even side foods can be heated in the microwave Dehumidifier leaks will also be dealt with immediately. The morning meal was pretty good... Just the shower head broken off the water pressure is not enough to improve a little would be better I hope to have more choices for dinner in the future, because the hot pot is really a bit too expensive. This way customers have more choices

The view is very good, the family room is very comfortable, but the soundproofing in the room is a bit poor and you can hear the noise from the corridor. The room is clean, the bed is good, and the double room has a balcony. When the weather is good, you can stand outside and have a broad view. Although the balcony does not have tables and chairs, it is very clean and free of dust. The location of the hotel is quiet, there are relatively few parking spaces, and the restaurant seats are crowded. Everything else is great. good.
