Very new and modern appartments in city centre. Bedrooms are spacious, clean tidy. Will stay again when come next time.

The room design is very simple and beautifully decorated, but it is a pity not to accommodate children. Otherwise, we can stay in a hotel with friends. The bed is also very comfortable, and the location is right in the center, making it convenient for shopping and eating.

The decoration style is quite good, and there are eucalyptus trees at the door. The decoration and layout of the room are also good, but the practicality is average, and the dry and wet are not separated, which is quite troublesome. Parking is not free and requires reservation, which costs NZD 25 per night. We chose to park at a nearby street park because it is free after 6pm until 9am the next morning.

I think this is the best hotel in Dunedin, very new, big rooms, good facilities, convenient parking. Not far from the commercial street, there are many restaurants to choose from.
