It was an absolute pleasure staying at the Campanile hotel in Xining! From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed. Despite my early arrival, the staff, especially Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma, were so kind and accommodating, allowing me to check in without any hassle. The thoughtful touches throughout my stay truly made it exceptional. The welcome fruits upon arrival were a lovely surprise, and the complimentary breakfast was a fantastic start to the day. My room was not only sparkling clean and incredibly comfortable but also offered a great view of the city – a real treat! What truly sets the Campanile apart is the exceptional service. Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma were always ready to assist with a smile, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The added bonus of free laundry facilities was also incredibly convenient. To top it all off, the farewell gift was such a sweet and unexpected gesture. It's clear that the team at the Campanile in Xining genuinely cares about their guests' experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and extend my sincere thanks to Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma for making my stay so memorable. I will definitely be choosing the Campanile again on my next visit to Xining! I forgot! It is walking distance from the bus and train station

It was raining and we were very cold from the walk from the HSR station and the receptionist was very concern and provided great service and warm water immediately. Siao Kau was very attentive and also help in providing contacts to the Qinghai lake tour. The tour turned out great even though it was snowing along the way. Didn't expect it to snow in late April. Breakfast was great. Coffee machine with fresh beans and the soya milk was good. Kudos to the hotel service and facilities. Football and billiard table was great during rain and snow season.

We had a wonderful stay with this hotel. They let us check in early and gave us free breakfast for every evening of the stay. The hotel is clean and wonderful to stay in and the people are so nice! The room was clean, comes with a humidifier too! It was a 5 star service especially with the help of XiaoJing, Xiao Gạo and Xiao Huang! they are extremely helpful and pleasant at the front desk. 100% recommend for location, cleanliness and friendliness to overseas guests.

Chose Campanile based on review and nearest to Xining Railway Station. The reception ladies were warm and friendly. Language is a barrier so have your Google Translate handy. First day we found a Halal mee tarik restaurant a short walk from the hotel. Next to the mee tarik restaurant is a supermarket, street food vendor (like your yong tau foo seller) and fruit seller. We even returned again the following day to stock-up for our train ride to Lhasa, Tibet. Shout out to Xiao Gao for her over and beyond hospitality❤️ I needed ice to help the swelling on my knee after climbing Sigiriya and Pidurangala last week. She made an effort to help me. We missed breakfast too and she was kind to make us egg noodles. As we were checking out we needed help again to show us the way to the 800m distance of Xining Railway Station. Waahh.. the friendly guy who works at the hotel helped pull my suitcase (blessed him!) and another lady reception walked us all the way and up the escalator to the gateway of the railway station. Talk about generous hospitality the staff of Campanile Hotel deserve a 10 star rating! Keep up the great service and we will definately return again. From the bottom of our hearts many thanks again! I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located within walking distance of the train station. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of travel. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the lovely and friendly reception staff, particularly Miss Xiao Huang and Miss Xiao Gao, whose warmth and helpfulness made our stay feel like home. Their exceptional service truly enhanced our experience. I look forward to returning to this hotel on my next trip to Xining!

The hotel location so close to railway station. The room was so clean, the staff were friendly. The buffet in the morning was excellent. Ms. Gao, and Ms Huang were very friendly and polite she even helped us with luggages and walked with us through the railroad station. Thanks so much Ms GAO, and Ms. Huang. We appreciate it. Definitely will stay here again.

This hotel is excellent and located at a very convenient location. The room condition is clean and superb. The hotel staff are excellent and very friendly and helpful. To name some of them, Xiao Gao, Xiao Ma and Xiao Wang helped us with everything by exceeding our expectations. Their customer care service is excellent. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel service was excellent - allowed for late check out after hearing that our train timing was late, and brought a portable heater up to our room due to the cold weather. When we asked for the nearest pharmacy to procure portable oxygen, they also offered one on their end. Room was clean and spacious, and toilet had heated toilet bowl and nice toiletries. Proximity was very near train station as well. Nice lobby with recreational area.

The staff is very friendly especially Xiao Wang and Xiao Ma. Everything was good and also very clean.

The hotel upgraded our rooms for free as they are available and provided us with a breakfast when we went to the hotel early morning to store the luggages. It’s very comfortable and warm.
