This is honestly the best deal in town. I have been coming to Xining for 10 years, stayed in different hotels each time. This is for sure my favourite one and the best deal in this range of prices. First, the location. Right in the city centre, with a lot of taxis coming by (this can be an issue for hotels in other locations, where taxis are more rare). It is super convenient and one can reach any part of town efficiently and quickly. There are many buses that go from here to anywhere in town. Second, the quality of the room, of the bed (super super cosy and comfortable, which is really nice after travelling roughly for two weeks in the nearby countryside), the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Very good hygiene products, not cheap toothpaste and soap like in other hotels. Third, and most importantly, the quality and warmth of the service. At the reception, the employees are very friendly and understanding, very warm-hearted, You feel really welcome in this hotel. They have helped me in several ways. especially Mrs Jane and Mrs Sunny Bai: fantastic people! They also speak English! Makes the whole stay memorable, enjoyable, relaxing. I will surely come back here next time. This is an upper-tier hotel made available with affordable prices. Thank you!

Definitely the worst experience ever for a 4-star hotel. The one and only good thing about this hotel is the nice and helpful room service lady. The rest are just really unpleasant: - Unprofessional front desk, rather unfriendly - Although the hotel claims to accept foreigners, you cannot pay with a normal credit card. Location: The hotel is in Ximen, close to Shuijingxiang Snack Street and Wangfujing Department Store. It is 10 minutes away from the train station by taxi. It is very convenient to take a taxi or bus when traveling. The location is excellent! Hotel: The room was upgraded, which was great. I stayed for five nights. From the outside, it looks like an ordinary star hotel. When I checked in at the counter and saw the Wangzai doll logo, I suddenly realized that it was a hotel under a food brand group. In addition to the high-ceiling counter lobby, business room type and large bathtub in the bathroom of traditional star hotels, the decoration inside and outside the room is very characteristic of the group. The room is comfortable and there are free snacks and air sterilizers of the group brand inside. The location is about 30 minutes by bus from the high-speed rail station. Next to it is the busy pedestrian street, food street and bus station. There is an airport bus stop 20 minutes away on foot, and life and transportation are very convenient

The front desk staff was very good. I checked into the room on May 1st. There were 3 other rooms with me. There was a curly-haired lady and a lady with glasses at the front desk. They provided very considerate service. Since we were from other places, they were very patient and explained everything very considerately. I felt like I was at home! I will stay at Xining Shenwang again if I have the chance!

Many hotels have teamed up with Ctrip to deceive customers. I have encountered this many times. There are probably several tricks. First, Ctrip shows that the hotel has facilities and services but cannot provide them. For example, Sanwang does not have WiFi and laundry; second, Ctrip does not show many results when I search for hotels; third, hotel prices change every minute. , jointly raise prices, and fourthly, the service staff did not tell the truth and told lies with their eyes open.
