This has indeed disrupted your schedule and affected your mood. We understand this unpleasantness and feel very guilty. We will follow up and handle each of your feedback issues as soon as possible. (1) Hygiene issue: After receiving your feedback, the housekeeping department has returned to the room with professional tools and carried out a comprehensive cleaning and disinfection. From changing the bedding to cleaning the bathroom, we have checked every detail to ensure that the current environment meets the check-in standards. (2) Cockroach issue: After you raised the issue, the housekeeping manager immediately went to the room to check it out. They carefully checked the corners, drawers, and cabinets, which are places where insects are likely to be found. No trace of cockroaches has been found so far. However, we take your concerns very seriously and will arrange for a pest control team to strengthen pest inspections and control on your floor and even throughout the hotel. If you find any abnormalities in the future, please feel free to contact me and I will follow up personally. (3) Food issues: Knowing that you were not satisfied with the wontons, we immediately remade and replaced them for you that day. We also emphasized the production standards with the catering department to avoid similar situations. Regarding your request for a "free meal", we particularly understand your desire to gain attention through this method and understand that you hope we will take this service issue seriously. However, I am sorry that according to the hotel's clear pricing system and our current approval authority, we are unable to meet your request for a free meal. The 15% discount on the room rate we previously obtained for you was the maximum discount we could get after communication with the hotel, and it is also our sincere attempt to make up for your sincerity.
