Had a Wonderful Stay . My stay at Enraton Hotel was made truly memorable thanks to the helpful and attentive staff, especially Alan at the front desk. He even helped with my luggage, arranging pickup and drop-off. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a team of staffs that genuinely cares about guest satisfaction. Thank you, Alan and the Enraton team. This is my extended night; I absolutely enjoyed the stay. Receptionist Lisa was professional and friendly during check-in and check-out. She gave me a nice gift pack with a lovely scarf upon check-out, which she told me she had specially prepared for me. I really appreciate it.

Very bad stay experience, almost no sleep, no screens on the windows, mosquitoes at night. I was woken up by mosquito bites at 3 am, called the front desk of the four-star hotel and they said there were mosquitoes here, and asked for floral water when I was bitten, but they told me there was none... Thank you to the room manager for sending me Fengyoujing as soon as he came to work in the morning. And Manager Dong's service was also very good. I hope the hotel can put screens on the external windows and improve the wireless network. I can't connect to it in the suite, and the speed is very poor. The shower head should also be changed, the one in my room has water coming out from three sides.

The room is seriously old and the water flow is relatively small. I thought it was OK 5 years ago, but now the service is really average. The parking staff is much better than the guest room staff. I stayed for two nights with my friend and two children. I was only given water once. On the day of check-out, they said they would give us 4 bottles of water, but they said no, only two bottles... This is the first time I have encountered such a hotel...

What a lousy hotel, with very poor facilities, totally in the style of Syria in the 1990s. The most bizarre thing is that there is no internet, the internet is so slow, the parking lot is full of local cars, the room rate is close to 400, and this is the condition? The whole room smells like body odor

The hotel is relatively old but its location is very good. Just next to the snack street. It's about 100 meters away. The food nearby is delicious. But the facilities are relatively successful.
