Absolutely wonderful! We traveled as a family of 5. The hotel is very clean, new and well facilitated. They have EVERYTHING that you would need. Warming bed, heater in a room and even in the toilet (also heated toilet seat). Including toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, charging adapter, even face masks!! Seems like it is managed by a lady and a man who have the best service mind, they are so nice and helpful. The gentleman offered us some hot tea since we arrived, and the lady was very nice, she running up and down from the front to our rooms to make sure that we have everything that would make us feel the most comfortable during our stay. I really love this hotel, wish I could come back again.

Facilities: When we booked, there were only two most basic rooms left. It doesn't matter if we stay for one night. The room is large and does not affect the experience. There is a bathroom heater in the shower room. There is an oxygen concentrator in the room, which needs to be paid. I came here for this. My family members have severe altitude sickness, and it is better to have it than not. It is not far from the emergency center. Hygiene: Very good. Environment: The front hall is a restaurant. There are many people eating breakfast, but the service is very timely. The boss tries his best to serve the customers. Service: Very good. When we came, the parking spaces were full, and the boss tried his best to help us arrange it. It's just that Siguniang Mountain is too prone to traffic jams. If you go to Shuangqiaogou, it's better to stay near Shuangqiao.

The location is good, 200 meters away from the gate of Shuangqiaogou Scenic Area. It is very convenient to stay at this hotel if you don't drive. It is right next to the highway and the driver can pick you up at the door of the B&B. The room is large, the facilities are complete and the hygiene is acceptable. Meals are served on the ground floor. After visiting Siguniang Mountain, you can have a bowl of hot wontons as soon as you return to the B&B. It is much better than those in the scenic area.

I booked a room temporarily at night and followed the navigation. As a result, the road at the entrance of the hotel was closed because the locals were getting married and holding a wedding, with performances and banquets. I called the hotel and the hotel told me how to get there. When I took a detour to get in, the auntie from the hotel was already waiting for me on the roadside. I was so touched. The auntie also helped me park the car. The floor heating in the room was very sufficient. It was not cold at all to take a shower at night. I liked the toiletries with the smell of white tea. There was a skylight on the ceiling of the starry sky room. The remote control opened the skylight and turned off the lights in the room. The moonlight just shone in, which was very romantic. The environment was also very good and the layout was very stylish. The only shortcoming was that the breakfast was too simple. The only dish was pickled cabbage. It would be better if the breakfast was richer.

The boss was very enthusiastic. He picked us up from the bus station and helped us carry our luggage to the room. The room was smart. The yak hotpot in the restaurant was also delicious. The ingredients were very sufficient. Everything was very smooth and comfortable, so my mother and I did not have altitude sickness. Thank you for the enthusiasm of the homestay! The floor-to-ceiling windows are very large and you can see four snow-capped mountains. There is an oxygen machine in the room. The boss also prepared local fruits that are very sweet and delicious. It is very convenient to contact the boss when buying things. The boss will also pay attention to the room temperature and help us adjust it. The new homestay is under construction. Pros: The room I booked was a large room, the only one on the floor, and had a large balcony. The view of the mountain was full. The bed was extra large. There was a bathtub. The bed had a heater that was warm and comfortable. The receptionist was good and attentive. They picked up and dropped off at Changpinggou (长评沟) for free. They asked about our travel schedule to prepare us. They arranged a car to take us to Shuangqiaogou (双桥沟). The car fee was 15 yen per person because it was quite far. Cons: The room was on the 5th floor. We had to walk up the stairs. Plus, the city is high up, which made it quite tiring. The floor was damaged in some places. The floorboards were slightly sunken (if they could be fixed, it would be great). The towels were disposable, so wiping ourselves was not that satisfying.

酒店環境非常好!乾淨整潔!衞生也很好，還有投影儀智能馬桶、房間裏面就可以看到外面的風景很幸運的是那天下雨看見了雙彩虹 也非常棒味。住了一晚後體驗感很好，熱水充足，還有一次性馬桶墊，毛巾、被子、床單什麼的也特別乾淨，更重要的是工作人員服務意識很到位，非常熱情，主動幫我們提行李，提醒高原活動注意事項等等。我們要投屏看電影，小妹貼心地講解了怎麼操作,很方便地就 投好屏了，視聽體驗都很不錯。我們第一天玩了 雙橋溝，第二天去長坪溝，回到鎮上又來續住了一晚。下次再來還會選擇這家店的，也推薦給要來四姑娘山的朋友們啦。

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The staff gave us a warm welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. As soon as I got off the car in front of the property, a staff member helped carry my luggage and escorted me to the accommodation. I arrived in the afternoon, so I took some time to rest and recover from the travel fatigue. The room was clean and spacious. I chose a twin room, and the size was perfect for two people. The room was fully equipped with amenities such as drinking water, a hairdryer, and toiletries (the soap smelled amazing!). The bed was clean, soft, and very comfortable—it kept me warm and cozy even though it was around -4°C outside. The floor had a heater, and the staff made sure to explain everything clearly. There were extra blankets provided in the bedside cabinet and two types of indoor slippers available. The room also had a water heater, which worked perfectly. For meals, there’s a dining area downstairs. The food was delicious and served in generous portions. The hot tea was particularly delightful, and they also offered a variety of coffee and other drinks to choose from. I highly recommend trying the hotpot here—it was incredibly tasty! The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and paid great attention to detail. One of the staff members, who might also be the owner, kindly arranged a taxi for us to visit Shuangqiaogou. They also helped us book transportation back to Chengdu, with an additional service fee of 10 yuan per person. They were so thoughtful and accommodating! I was genuinely happy with my choice to stay here, and there was nothing disappointing about the experience. It was worth every penny and exceeded my expectations in every way. I even met many Thai travelers during my stay, so it was lively and far from lonely! If you’re unsure about staying here, I highly recommend this place—you won’t regret it.
