Close to the airport,has a free shuttle service from/to the airport.We ordered this hotel at last minute due to our flight cancellation and we’re surprised by good service,clean and spacious room and free night snacks. There is a simple but quite nice breakfast selection,they also offer fresh coffee in the morning. If you are looking for a nice hotel closer to the airport that’s an ideal spot.

We have a great night, is a short stay and breakfast is a variety of choices. Can order noodles etc. not enough time to experience other facilities. Overall satisfied

Thanks for preparing the breakfast for me today. It’s warm and sweet to have the earlier breakfast in the 3am. Everything looks perfect except the anti-noses protection. It’s not good enough or can be considered a bad memory for me. Could you do it better?

The hotel experience is very good especially we checked in very late like 3am in in the morning! The hotel provide free shuttle service pick up from airport to hotel. The rooms are clean, the basic amenities are complete, the hotel's layout and facilities are well maintained, the rooms are warm and comfortable, and the air conditioning is warm. The hotel service is very nice, and it is a good choice for accommodation near airport. And comes with breakfast too which is great.

Conveniently located near the airport with complimentary airport pickup/drop off. However, even though I had contacted the hotel well in advance before my departure and informed them of my estimated arrival time, I had to wait almost an hour for the driver to come to pick me up. The airport drop-off went smoothly and was on time. The room is not as expected for a 4-star hotel rated on Trip.com. Couldn’t log in to use the Wi-Fi with the password provided. The Chinese breakfast was simple but good.

We had stayed here for only one night. The staff are kind and helpful. Room is clean and bed is comfy. Toilet also clean. Breakfast is tasty but there were a few options of them. At night there are restaurants and one small shop nearby. Overall good.

The pickup service is good and very appreciated, but the VAN they use doesn't come with luggage storage

This hotel was amazing with free upgrade to the better room + the return bus service hotel-airport and even gave me a breakfast box to take with me when I check out :) Thank you for the amazing service, definitely worth the price:)

The hotel was near the airport and there were a few shops nearby. The condition of the room was really good, the room was very nice. The staff were helpful.

This hotel was a great way to spend my night after a late flight to Xi‘an. It is a little tough to get in touch with the hotel over trip.com which made it hard to organise the pick up but it kinda worked out after all.

Great. Has so many nice things like what other reviewers said. However, the person on duty didnt call me to board the shuttle despite me sitting ‘ waiting at the reception lobby. There was a change in shift so i reckon contributed to the oversight. Nevertheless, love the coffee, fried rice, millet porridge, nice biscuits & snacks, beautiful hotel & very nice room. All for a great price. Thank you.

LOCATION: We arrived very late at night into Xi’an Airport. This was a very easy hotel to get to from the Airport, approximately 16 RMB to Terminals 1/2/3 and 32 RMB to Terminal 5. Although the Airport is far away from central Xi’an or the Terracotta Mausoleum, DiDi’s are very cheap way to get around and the road infrastructure provides excellent connections. CLEANLINESS: The room was clean, with linen and shower facilities being to a high standard with nice toiletries. SERVICES: We spoke only English, and while there is an inevitable language barrier, the hotel staff were nonetheless helpful. The morning breakfast was good. While Chinese breakfasts can be foreign to those with a western palette, there were sufficient options and variety to fill us for two very busy days. The coffee machine was not great, but otherwise no issue.
