We stayed for four consecutive days. The service was efficient and responsive. The hygiene and environment were great value for money. There was also a washing machine. The breakfast was also very praiseworthy. The taste was good and the ingredients were fresh. I will stay here again next time.

The location of the hotel is very good, the hotel transportation is very convenient, the room facilities are very good, the room is very clean and tidy, the mattress is soft and hard, comfortable, the hot water in the room comes quickly, and everything is relatively complete. The best thing is that there is a refrigerator in the room. Especially when you come back from a trip on a hot day, having an iced drink is great. The service is very attentive and the service attitude is good. I look forward to my next stay.

The hotel apartment is downstairs from Shapowei Street, which is too close. Parking downstairs is very convenient but a little expensive. Living here saves a lot of time and energy on the road, especially getting up early in the morning and taking pictures at 7 o'clock. There are not many people and it is very photogenic. The beach is near the hotel and it is very lively at night. There are snack stalls and bars along the coastline. The room is very warm and the housekeeper is very considerate. I couldn't find the way by myself. The housekeeper was very patient in directing all the way. When I checked in, I made arrangements confidently. I also added WeChat and answered questions at any time. It was very thoughtful and comfortable. I strongly recommend that you must choose this hotel when you come to Xiamen.

The best value room I have had on my trip. The only thing is that the shower drain was plugged with a lot of hair etc. so the water didn't drain while showering, so I had to clean it out with the toilet brush. After that no more problems. Conveniently located and great service. It even had its own laundry machine.

In the event of a typhoon, I temporarily changed the attractions outside the island. It is very close to the North Station. The room is very new. The stay experience is very good. It is worth mentioning that the twin bed can be put together. The second-child family with a small parent-child travel is super suitable. I don’t worry about the child falling out of bed at night. The projection of the oversized screen is like it. The son saw the fish in the shop and said it was very nice. There were all kinds of food around. It was early to supper. Unfortunately, there was no time to take pictures at the same time. But it was worth more people to like it.

The directions given are for taking taxi and if you’re driving, you have to park near the residence lift lobby. Parking is on the expensive side. Location and view of the residence is good. But the registration procedure for foreigners is tedious especially for huge group. I hope the owner can make things easier by just taking photo of our documents instead of filling the complicated form with facial recognition required. Condition of the residence is acceptable and the operator has helped to topup the towel and slippers as they did not give sufficient amount initially.

WWan SuwanThe apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too.
The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay.
The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself.
Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open.
The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc.
In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

GGuest UserThis hotel is located nearby Zhongshan road pedestrian street (＜1 min walk). Bus or taxi stop is in front of the hotel. Zhenhai road Metro station (exit 3A) is about 10mins walk (the path is mostly covered so a comfortable walk). If you’re heading to the Overseas Chinese Museum or Nanputuo temple or Xiamen University, then board a bus at the bus stop near the Metro station.
The hotel staff is hospitable and they are informative and helpful. I asked the staff to recommend local food and got really good recommendations.
The hotel is clean and comfortable. Hotel did provide laundry service with free detergent but only 2 washing machine so need to wait very long as each wash plus dry cycle may take at least 1.5hours.
However, information about the hotel and room on trip.com is erroneous. First, the name of the hotel is pronounced as Tong he shun but it’s displayed as Yiheshun. As the hotel’s entrance is at a side alley, it’s very easy to miss it. Second, I booked a room with ‘landmark view’ but got a room with no window. It’s different from the description shown on trip.com as shown on the attached photo. I ended up paying more to upgrade to a slightly bigger room with windows as I stayed a few nights.

MMiaw GWe booked the 4 bedrooms apartment, if you are here for the view you won’t be disappointed. Otherwise the place is like a hostel, whole building is used for room rental, and cafes, spa are on the same building. We were on 53rd floor and there is a cafe a few unit away. It seems that they can run any kind of business as they pleased. Mostly young adults and the place is very very busy, I guess it’s because it’s next to the university.
They make you register for check in on an app but all the gate and lift access system are broken. We came from B1 carpark and we can take the lift right up to the room without any security check, I was worried about security but it seems that there are cameras everywhere.
The apartment was disappointing as it was old and run down. The mahjong table was broken, the sofa are not comfortable, the shower room is mouldy and if you use the rain shower it will flood as the drainage is not efficient. The kitchen was fitted with Miele oven/washer/hood but they don’t seems to allow you to use it as they keep bedsheets and miscellaneous thing in all the drawers and oven. No utensils of any kind. We did make use of the big fridge though.
I do have to say the owner/housekeeper and cleaner are very responsive to all the requests, my aircon was broken and they send someone to fix it at 10pm, but can only be fixed the next day, luckily I have the spare room to sleep in for the 1st night. (Aircon is loud in the small room too, had to wear earplugs)
The view from the apartment is magnificent, period.

MMufVinArYijia Apartment offers a fantastic location, conveniently close to Xiamen Airport. There's also a supermarket right below for all your shopping needs. The complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off service was a big plus.
What truly made my stay exceptional was the kindness of the apartment owner. Upon my arrival in Xiamen, I suddenly felt sick and nauseous from the flight. Using Google Translate, I informed the owner during the airport pickup that I wasn't feeling well and asked to walk slowly to the car. He went above and beyond by kindly carrying our luggage trolley since my wife was carrying our child.
Even after we reached the apartment, he personally brought our suitcases up to the room and explained the amenities thoroughly. To make things even better, he offered us a complimentary late checkout until 5 PM, knowing that our flight was at 7 PM.
I am deeply grateful for his generosity and hospitality. If I have the chance to visit Xiamen again, I will definitely stay here. His honesty and kindness are inspiring. I sincerely wish him continued success and hope his apartment business flourishes with more units in the future.

JJune hueJust wanted to give a shoutout for hooking us up with that sweet balcony room upgrade—much appreciated! The room was pretty fancy, loved having that cozy sofa and coffee table to chill out on. And big props to the staff, they were super friendly and even hooked us up with extra mineral water when we asked.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hand wash provided, surpassing the typical soap.
The hotel's location is fantastic, within walking distance to the railway station and two METRO stations, as well as close to a bus stop. Additionally, there is an Underground Shopping Center at the MRT station, where you can purchase groceries, including fresh cut fruits, snacks, and daily essentials at a more affordable price compared to convenience stores.
However, there are a couple of areas for improvement. The cleanliness of the room could be better—I encountered an insect (possibly a cockroach) on my bed on the third day of my stay, which was quite unsettling. Additionally, I found the bed to be extremely firm, making it SUPERB difficult to fall asleep comfortably.
Overall, despite a few minor issues, my experience at your hotel was enjoyable, thanks to the welcoming staff, convenient location, and thoughtful amenities.

GGuest UserReally grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier?
Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish.
I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view.
Room was clean and nice. Slippers given.
Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them.
The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider.
The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night.

The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently.

There is a lounge chair and the texture of the bed is very good. Sleep overall feels comfortable.
