A comfortable room in a happenings area, walking distance to jetty, a lot of food nearby

Suitable for family. Location is right in the middle of the walking street. The host is very responsive and helpful. Would stay again.

First of all the photos for this place were quite misleading, not nearly as smart as it looked in the photos. Including a photo of the entrance would be a good indication of the sort of accomodation it was. As a non Chinese speaking person it was very hard to find the entrance. It is not a place I would recommend. The first room I was given was not what I booked, I then given another one which was on the 4th floor, no lift but was helped up with my bags. I was there for 3 nights, my room was only serviced once. One of the curtains was hanging half off. I was assured, (through my Chinese speaking friends arranging it ) that I would be assisted down the 4 flights of stairs with my bags when I checked out. We were also assured over the phone the morning I left that someone would be in the office who would help, no one was anywhere so had to struggle down with 2 suitcases on my own. The place would be a death trap in a fire with only the one exit and food stalls by the entrance and all around.

Near beach and pedestrian street, clean , spacious👏👏 but my room in 3rd level with 2 big and 2 small luggages is not recommended😅

Xiao Liang is warm and considerate in service. The location is great, but you need to climb stairs 😂! The bed is very comfortable to sleep in. The environment is OK, but the cleanliness can be better! The overall experience is great!

Just checked out, I feel this B&B is really good! The room is clean, the sheets and quilts look fresh, and the bathroom is bright. The air conditioner is cool enough, the refrigerator is good, and it is convenient to buy some drinks and fruits to keep them cold. The projector at the front desk has a clear picture, and it is very relaxing to watch a movie in bed at night. There are stations and small shops just a few steps away, which makes eating and shopping easy. The guy at the front desk is also very nice, and he is happy to help with anything without any effort. It's just a simple and comfortable place, with everything you need, and it's comfortable to live in, and the price is right. Recommended to friends who just want to find a clean and convenient place to have a good rest!

The room is not big but **super clean! ** The bed sheets and quilt covers all smell like they have been exposed to the sun, white and without stains (this is very important to me!). Although the bathroom is simple, the floor tiles and walls are all painted brightly, there is no odor, and the hot water is strong and stable! It has everything it should have: **super air conditioning** (a lifesaver in summer!), **refrigerator** (super practical for iced drinks and fruits!), **large-screen projector** (the happiness of watching TV series in bed at night is full! 📺). For people like me who just want to have a good sleep and a place to wash and relax, it is perfect, and I must praise the front desk! **The people are super nice and kind! **It's not the kind of cold commercial service, but like a friend. When checking in, they took the initiative to help carry the luggage and introduced the surrounding delicious food and lightning avoidance strategies in detail. I wanted to drink hot water at night, and it was delivered with a WeChat. I didn't know how to use the projector, and the little brother immediately ran to teach me patiently. This kind of **humane service** impressed me more than luxurious hardware!

I would definitely choose this hotel when traveling with my parents! The soundproofing in the room is so good that I can't hear the noise from the night market downstairs. The landlord adjusted the air conditioning temperature in advance and gave me a hand-drawn map of Gulangyu Island. I have to praise three points: ① The bathroom has anti-slip mats and handrails ② The projector comes with memberships of major video platforms ③ The kitchen is actually equipped with a health kettle! Every day after shopping and eating, we make a pot of tea and the whole family squeezes on the sofa to watch "A Bite of China". My parents said it is more comfortable than staying in a five-star hotel~

After walking 20,000 steps in Xiamen, I was completely healed the moment I opened the door of the homestay! ✨ **Lazy Happy House**: Slumped into the soft sofa, watching "Our Little Sister" on the big projection screen, the sea breeze slipped in through the screen window, and the summer night in Kamakura in the movie was inexplicably the same frequency~ 🛡️ **Sense of Security**: The landlord is like Doraemon, and the anti-fraud guide + first aid kit + weather forecast three-piece set is directly stuffed into his hand, and even the hidden skill "Shacha noodles are more delicious with vinegar" is written in the attack strategy! 🍃 **Detail Obsessive-compulsive Disorder**: Toilet seat disinfection stickers, bathroom floor mats are replaced daily, and even the remote control is covered with a disposable film, and the mysophobic patients like it crazily! When I left, I actually received a handwritten postcard with the Gulangyu cat postmark that the landlord kept privately. The story of this city is probably hidden in these gentle and fragmented lights and shadows~

The stay experience is perfect! The hotel is located in the prime location of Zhongshan Road, and the surrounding transportation is surprisingly convenient. The room is spacious enough to dance, with minimalist decoration and soft light atmosphere, and all the photos taken are Instagram-style blockbusters. The bedding is soft and has no odor, and there is no dust even if you step on the floor barefoot! What's more surprising is the high-definition projection + full network membership, the film library is more complete than my TV at home! The front desk lady has a sweet smile and patiently recommends nearby delicacies. This cost-effective, my bestie asked me if I secretly charged VIP!
