My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel 1987, and it was a wonderful experience overall. Upon arrival, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality from every staff member we encountered. Their service was top - notch. They were always available, attentive, and eager to assist with any request promptly. To my delight, my child mentioned how amazing the hotel service was at least five times! It's not often that a young one takes notice and is so impressed. The only minor drawback was that the rooms were a bit on the small side. However, the outstanding service more than made up for it. In fact, because of the exceptional service, we decided to extend our stay by one more day. All in all, despite the limited room space, the remarkable service and friendly atmosphere made our stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend Hotel 1987 to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable family getaway. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

The lady at the check-in desk was super nice. She also gave us a midnight snack coupon and sent us to the room. I booked a standard room. It's small but beautiful. The pillows and mattress are really super comfortable. The small details in the room are perfect. I especially like the small flowers, which are very lively. Finally, I'd like to praise the breakfast and midnight snack. The shacha noodles for breakfast can be DIY. Looking at my pictures, it's so tempting. The midnight snack is sweet soup, wontons, and dumplings. I'd like to praise the restaurant staff. The service is great. Staying at Xiamen Airlines HOTEL1987 was a really good experience. The room is well-decorated, with large windows and a great view! The comfort level is full. The hotel staff is warm and considerate, and every detail is taken care of from the front desk to the room service. Especially the brothers and sisters at the front desk, they are really enthusiastic and attentive. I remember a brother named Lin (if I remember correctly), who provided excellent service and reception throughout the check-in, check-out and check-out process. The hotel also provides supper coupons, but I didn't eat them outside, haha. The location is also good, not far from the subway business district, and convenient for travel. Super cost-effective, I will stay here next time!

Afterwards, the housekeeper Xiaotong checked me in and gave me a midnight snack coupon. The processing speed was fast and very professional. Then, when I needed to wash and dry clothes, the housekeeper Xiao Li also took me to the laundry room very considerately and reminded us how to use the equipment. It was really considerate. I booked in a hurry and didn't see the room type clearly. I booked a 1.5-meter bed. When I arrived at the hotel, the lady at the front desk helped me change it to a 1.8-meter bed. She was so thoughtful. Although the room was small, it was very comfortable. I stayed for another day. The bedding was so comfortable that I bought two pillows to take home. It's close to the subway, convenient for travel, and there are midnight snacks. I will consider staying here when I come to Xiamen in the future
