Atour Hotel Xi'an Yanta Qujiang Creative Valley

The lady at the front desk of the hotel is warm, nice and thoughtful. The room is very spacious, well soundproofed, not noisy, and the hotel is conveniently located. It is very convenient to go out and take a taxi. It is very close to the scenic spots by subway. I am very satisfied with my stay. The hotel also has robots that deliver groceries, which is very convenient and recommended.

The environmental facilities and hygiene are very good. I used the early check-in and late check-out services. The service staff were very considerate and arranged it. It was a pleasant stay experience and I will choose it again in the future.

It was my first time staying at the hotel and I was very satisfied. They even upgraded me to a room type. The attitude is very good. There are many shops and restaurants downstairs. It was a very enjoyable trip. This time I booked a double room, the bathroom and toilet were very well separated from wet and dry, and they also thoughtfully prepared shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner. It is a smart hotel. The TV and Xiaodu speakers all brought a wonderful experience to this trip. When we go out for fun the next day, the hotel staff will help make the bed, help fold my sister's clothes, and a robot will deliver midnight snacks to my door. If I have another chance to come to Xi'an next time, I will choose here again. After all, the transportation here is convenient, there is a subway station next to it, and the environment is good.

The hotel opened in 2022 is quite new, but the hardware is average. On the day of check-in, I had to change rooms twice because of the odor and noise from the roof. The room I stayed in was relatively small, but there was no problem. I turned on the air conditioner and found that the air conditioner was very noisy. It's big, so I haven't turned on the air conditioner for so many days. The drainage in the bathroom is average, and there is no way to open both drain outlets. The most unaccustomed thing is the "Hello Waiter" who appears every morning at 8 o'clock, accompanied by a knock on the door to clean up. The sound insulation is not very good, and people in the next room can hear it. I am woken up every day. One time, they knocked on my door. I picked up my phone and saw that it was 8:59. I was so angry. The waiters often emphasized when they would get off work for cleaning. This situation is actually really bad. This is my first time staying at Aduo. The front desk staff is very nice. 

Internal management chaos. On the first day, only cold water came out of the shower, and on the second day, only hot water came out. I have always agreed with Atour Hotel before, but this is the first time I encountered such a bad Atour Hotel. Hope it can be rectified internally.

The smell inside the hotel is very strong, and the strong smell of smoke in the restrooms and toilets is unbearable.
