Wonderful place, Wonderful people, welcome drink is really good.

beyond expectations! I really wanted to stay here because of the ryokan-inspired rooms and they were so comfortable and homely. There was sufficient space in the room, toilets were modern and impeccably clean, and beds were very comfortable. I didn’t realise I also had access to their private sauna which was wonderful as well. Location is just 10 mins from the main shopping street, and just 5 mins from a departmental store. Staff was also very kind. No complaints at all and would love to come back :)

The hotel is near MTR It is very convenient in Okinawa So great

It's a great hotel with great service. It's clean and has a bathtub🛁. There's also all-you-can-drink beer mixed in the lobby! Excellent value for money 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Great place in the center. Nice staff. The only thing is that you need to book breakfast in advance.

The front desk service is first-class, the restaurant service is first-class, and the breakfast tastes first-class. It is highly recommended to choose Japanese food to avoid getting lost, and the transportation is convenient. The room is very large and quiet, the bed and sofa are also very clean, the horse toilet and bathtub are also perfect, and they are separate , so it is a cost-effective hotel!

The cleaning is not so good

I'm considering this as my regular place to stay, and it doesn't disappoint.

The decoration style is very modern, the facilities are very new, and the check-in experience is very comfortable. The only disadvantage is that the window is directly attached to a building, and the light and visual effects are not good, especially for the eyes, and it is impossible to relax by overlooking. The surrounding shopping malls and the subway are very close, and the International Express is within walking distance.

是一個很好的日式和風，風的調酒吧，但是沒有時間下去品嚐，要在房間視訊會議，但缺點就是Wi-Fi真的很弱⋯早餐也OK喔，服務人員態度都很好👌感恩😇

1) Clean and reasonbly spacious room. 2) Complimentary drinks at the Bar counter till late evening 3) Self check in and check out is fast and easy. 4) Good comfortable bed. 5) Friendly and helpful front desk staffs though with very limited english speaking. One staff offered to walk with us to nearby restaurant because there is no location map available in the hotel. 6) Good location with 5 minutes walk to get plenty of restaurants to eat. Disliked · 1) Extremely expensive overnight parking at 2100 yen per night for hotel reserved parking lot. Recommend to park nearbly which is less than a 1000 yen for 12hours night parking. 2) Limited choice for breakfast and if late will have most time slots filled leaving either very late or very early morning. 3) Sauna also fully booked if your check in is late or did not pre-reserved and with charge. 4) Not really a Japanese Ryokan hotel that l expected. Anyway would still think is a good place to stay and will consider for next time

We stayed here for 5 nights. Location: - Short walk to Asahibashi station, where the Naha bus terminal is located: this involves an overhead bridge with many steps, so not ideal when bringing luggages or for people with reduced mobility - Walkable (about the same distance) to Kenchomae (Prefectural Office) station - largely flat terrain - Family mart around the corner - There are some car sharing and car rental places along the same street Room: - Well-sized - Cosy feel of the tatami flooring around the bed area - Kettle, fridge (with bottled water provided for free each day) - Large bathroom with shower and bathtub - Wifi connection is available, average connection quality Lobby: - Some of the staff could understand simple English, otherwise Google Translate is a necessity if you don't speak Japanese - We could drop off our luggage and have it stored securely when we arrived earlier than the check-in time - Full-sized umbrellas free to borrow and return as needed - Bar counter and lounge area - there is a wide selection of free flow drinks for hotel guests Breakfast: - Various timings available - we spoke to the front reception to arrange the breakfast slot required for the next morning, depending on our plans for that day - Option of Western or Japanese breakfast - same meal each day. It is a well balanced meal with generous serving size - There is also a self-service spread of cold juices/tea, fruits, yoghurt, and salad
