Location is good near train station and shopping area but hotel looks old tho think they are going through some renovation inside, my room was spacious but a little hint once enter room it’s treasure hunting super irritating haha I have to hunt for my bedroom slippers toothbrush and kettle 😂 please ask for city view if possible cos once I open my window blind I’m like a prisoner inside looking out to an enclosed hotel rooms walls no view at all (please refer to my pictures) also I think it’s the European staff working culture and attitude cleaners are not detailed same as Marriott Denmark where I came from haha they gave me a half used small bottle hand cream then half side of slippers disappearing then some days they left their dirty cloth on my sink counter 😫 also not sure if they clean the toilet thoroughly or not cos if yes they would have noticed a faulty shower head and reported it to be fixed right? .. 5 days and the water is still sprouting out each time I turned it on goodness me! 😆(I wish I can post video of it) Hotel food so so only meatball super salty eating area a bit dirty but a few serving staffs are very polite but was kind of disappointed with their hotel manager and security personnel I was molested during breakfast and none can help me out unless I make a police report it was a sucks day for me but overall Stockholm Sheraton can stay

Tastefully renovated rooms but lobby and common areas have yet to be worked on.

I booked the room on May 10 for a business trip and paid online as I booked from online. When I checked in, the hotel charged my credit card 500 SEK as a deposit for the minibar. So far, the money has not been returned. I specifically returned to the hotel on May 24 to confirm whether it was consumed by the minibar. The front desk of the hotel verified that it would ask the financial staff to refund the credit card. Today is the June,27th. Does the refund in Sweden need to go to Mars firstly? Of course, the location and the food are good, which is positive!

Part of the hotel is currently under renovation, however this did not affect our experience. The staff are friendly and the rooms are very spacious and new. The deco is very nice. The location is also perfect as it is within walking distance to the old town. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again when we visit Stockholm.

Great locations. Most attractions and the central train station are all within walking distance. Fantastic services and hygiene.

The hotel is centrally located and easy to move around. Breakfast is great with lots of varieties Staff are friendly and helpful.

Good location, kind of outdated property, soon ready for improvement

Best hotel by far during our trip in Northern Europe. The doorman (from East Europe) who helped us from arrival, to taxi service is super friendly and helpful. He even told us not to take any taxis pulling over at the hotel as they most definitely will over charge us. The location of the hotel is the best and easy to get access to the old town just on foot. Housekeeping team is very professional too and kept our room clean and tidy. We feel bad that we forgot leaving some tips to the room attendant who cleaned our room during the stay which we were planning to do it. We have already recommended this hotel to our family in Canada.

Actually a nice hotel, good location, all working we'll, but currently under renovation on upper floor which makes it so noisy during the working hour. Hopefully the renovation can be finished soon.

Greats stay and facilities. Walking distance to pretty much everywhere, and right next to the train station - which is very convenient if you have a 7am train ride.

Great location which is near central location and train station. However, it’s near construction site. It’s a bit noisy and I think they work even at night around 8pm.

Early check in free but paid tv is weird concept for a room that’s already paid

Great hotel with friendly staff and great facilities. I missed a pool but the rest surely made up for it. Very close to the station so made for easy access. Breakfast was divine.
