Smoke! So much smoke! If given another chance, I would never choose this hotel. A guest was smoking in the lobby, and when the front desk stopped them, they actually said, 'You can go back to your room to smoke!' It took me a good five seconds to process that statement. And sure enough, the moment I opened my room door, I was hit by an overwhelming smell of smoke! Turning the air conditioning to maximum didn't help at all. I asked the front desk, but they didn't have any non-smoking rooms available. It's astounding that in this day and age, when smoking is banned in public places almost everywhere, this hotel still allows guests to smoke in their rooms and doesn't even offer any non-smoking rooms! First, you're guaranteed to lose a significant portion of your clientele. Second, this creates a serious safety hazard. Third, the management's overall approach is outdated and they desperately need to modernize their policies!

The room was clean and comfortable, with an excellent quality bed and a generous supply of four pillows of two different types. The strong water pressure made showering a pleasure. The two ladies at the front desk were also very polite.
However, the hallway ventilation was poor. As soon as I stepped out of my room, I was hit by a strong smell of smoke. All rooms allow smoking, so if you're sensitive to smoke, you'll need to block the gap under your door with a mat and towels. Even leaving the room required wearing a mask, otherwise, it was unbearable.

The facilities are decent. The subway station is about a 10-minute walk away, making it fairly convenient. However, dining options in the surrounding area are limited. Chang'an University is roughly a 15-minute bike ride from here.

The location is extremely convenient, right by the subway exit. There are plenty of universities and dining options nearby. Shopping is also a breeze with numerous choices. Getting to tourist attractions is super easy too, as everything is close by. Convenience is truly the main highlight here.

I always choose to stay at this hotel whenever I'm in Xi'an. The front desk service is excellent, housekeeping is always prompt, and the rooms are very quiet.

Considering off-season rates, it offers good value for money. The location is convenient, with a market nearby making daily errands easy. However, the room experience was poor: the drain was severely clogged, causing the bathroom to flood. Fortunately, there was a floor drain just outside, otherwise, the water would have seeped into the main living area.
