The only thing I wasn't comfortable was there were guests smoking at the reception. It seems hotel allows guests to smoke inside their hotel.🤷♀️

The room was actually better then I was expecting. Great breakfest, view - not so much. Visit the sky garden on 9th floor - peacefull reading

Very Good location. Near the bell tower and there is some shopping places near by. There is also many sights near that area too! They provided breakfast as well as high tea. Not sure if it was the ventilation but there was some cigg smell from the toilet. Overall not too bad!

The hotel is conveniently located within the city walls, making it suitable for exploring Xi’an. While it’s not situated in the liveliest area—which some might see as a pro and others as a con—it’s only a 15-minute walk to the South Gate, a major landmark. At the South Gate, you can purchase a ticket for 54 RMB to access the city wall, where you can walk or cycle (bikes can be rented for 45 RMB for 3 hours). Bars along the wall open after 7 PM, adding to the experience. The hotel offers a Chinese breakfast, which is edible but sometimes served cold. The rooms provide a view, though not of the most interesting parts of the city. Convenience stores are located nearby. The bed is comfortable, but room cleanliness could be improved, as there’s visible fluff floating in the air. The room is spacious and cozy but dimly lit due to the lack of central lighting. The small bathtub is only suitable for sitting, and there’s a large gap between the bathroom door and the shower glass wall, which compromises privacy. The airport shuttle service is convenient but may take longer if multiple stops are required to pick up guests from other hotels. It’s advisable not to book a Terracotta Army tour through the hotel. Instead, call a Didi to the site and pay 80–100 RMB per person for a guide.

Love this hotel, clean and friendly staffs. You can book tours directly from the hotel lobby and very near muslim quarters only like 10 mins walk.

Great location next to the Xi’an wall, good value for money

The Good hotel, clam and quiet, Good food and a lot of food. And the good washing machine (Free). Staffs are service mind .

very bad lighting in the room and elevator area, it makes people feel depressed and uncomfortable. room very dusty and triggered my nose allergic. booked 2 night at first, but immediately modified booking and changed to 1 night. I would cancel the entire booking if I am able to know the hotel condition earlier. the condition is not as shown in the pictures.

Nice staff, pleasant stay. I'd recommend and come back. Free gift received was a nice touch and a great souvenir.

Great location within Xi'an city walls. Walking distance from the muslim neighborhood and the bell tower roundabout. Clean room but got a windowless one (some rooms are blind). Friendly and helpful staff

The location of the hotel is very good, but very bad cleaning. All the furniture was always full of dust and they didn't change the bedding

This has been our favourite hotel so far on our multi-week trip across China. It is amazing value for money. The breakfast buffet was extensive. It was a nice savings to have coffee available in the morning. They have a large children’s play room, roof top garden and communal laundry room. The hotel is conveniently located. It’s close to the subway, which made it easy to get to-and-from the hotel. It’s also close to Muslim street and other food street, so there were plenty of options! It was pretty clean. There was daily housekeeping, which included changing towels and replenishing disposables. They were inconsistent with replacing bedding, which was was not an issue, but it seemed odd. There were laundry facilities and breakfast, which was greatly appreciated! A few nitpicking details: The ad states that front desk spoke English. There was one person that spoke a bit of English to me, but most of time, I had to use a translator on my phone. There weren’t any issues, but it was not as fluid as some other places that listed English. On Trip.com, it said we were eligible for a free room upgrade, which I believe we received. (It’s hard to tell from the photos.) It also said we were eligible for a free airport pick-up. They did not list railway station pick-ups at all, so I asked if they treated them the same. Unfortunately, the offer did not extend to the railway station, although they do offer railway station pick-ups for a price.
