This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. It is clean, the breakfasts are delicious and the staff is very friendly. It feels like all 4 buttons on the coffee machine give the same coffee, but it is so delicious that I started drinking coffee twice a day. I am sad to leave this place, as if I am giving up my second home

I stayed here with my children when I came to the Dinosaur Park. The people at the front desk were super nice. There were no family rooms available when I made the reservation. It was not cost-effective to book on site and pay the price difference. The front desk told me that I could upgrade to a lower membership level and then upgrade to a family room for free and give my children breakfast. I had a great time. There were so many delicious food around. I played during the day and went shopping at night.

房間中規中矩，就是隔音有點差，大半夜被隔壁的熊孩子猛按門鈴嚇醒，後來聯繫了攜程客服找酒店前台溝通解決，大過年的也不想影響遊玩的心情

11月15日中午1點入住，前台張亭亭接待，剛開始問能不能多開發票，説是可以，要收10%税點，又讓幫她完成兩張20元的**外賣劵，我們拒絕以後，瞬間板臉，就要收取15%的税點了，這個前台素質太低； 房間很小，酒店樓下的在裝修，叮叮噹噹的也睡不好，樓下有收廢品的車，一天走N趟，每次都敲東西，很吵。
