位置非常好找，地鐵4號線西安科技大學站下車走幾分鐘就到了，周邊餐飲很多吃飯方便，房間面積大，有陽台，視野很好，房間佈置温馨浪漫，床品乾淨衞生，住起來很舒心，比起酒店好，是地暖房間，隔音效果很好，是非常美好的一次入住體驗哦~~

本次民宿體驗非常棒!房間又乾淨整潔又温馨舒適，沒有一點點異味，衞生間也很乾凈裏沒有異味。而且，有熱水，最細心的是還有小夜燈，還有一次性馬桶墊，一次性拖鞋，而且窗户通風很好，陽台就可以看到大雁塔，夜景太棒啦！對於有衞生要求的友友們來説是非常棒的選擇。還有老闆非常和藹，親切，我們因為行程的問題，向房東請求了延遲一會兒退房，房東也同意，而且，回覆很迅速的。這家民宿真的是非常值的一次體驗!強烈推薦各位友們哦~

首先謝謝老闆免費給房間升級。
我特別想吐槽一下這個好評，全都是刷的，剛踏進房間，老闆就説讓我拍三張照片給一下好評，what？ 我還沒住呢，先來個好評，訂房之前看到評價不錯所以預訂的房間，這個酒店應該不算酒店，就是開在小區裏的民宿，小區人巨多，來來往往長者小孩，租客等等，5號樓2單元的電梯還經常壞（這是我聽到這棟樓的住户親口説的，實際上我也碰上電梯壞了）。房間挺大，老闆説是給換了一張大床房一張一張單人床，床外能看到景點，我説我們就住一晚，衹要乾淨，其他無所謂。下圖就是老闆説的能看到景點，我標出來了，正前方就是醫院，在後麪是大雁塔，能看到個啥。。。再就是設施老舊，空調一晚上打到16度還是一夜熱起來好幾次，機器還聲音很大。淋浴洗到一半全是涼水過了幾分鐘又是熱水，洗手盆衹有涼水沒有熱水，晚上11點半反應給老闆，説是馬上來看，但孩子睡覺了所以讓第二天早上來，看了之後説是不知道誰把熱水閥關上了，所以沒有熱水，那麼我想問問你們這些開關定期不做檢查嗎，哪個客户能故意給你們關了熱水閥，還是你們自己的人修什麼給關上了呢？馬桶圈很臟，周圍發黃，地板也是不乾淨，地板沒有拍照。總之，這個酒店極其不推薦，不值這個價位。知道現在掙錢不容易，但我衹是實話實説，認真做好不弄虛作假才是第一位。

這次帶家人出來玩，去了好幾個城市，住了好幾家酒店或是民宿，我更傾向選擇民宿，因為同等房間的大小，民宿會比酒店便宜不少，這次在西安大雁塔和城牆兩個景點中間的這家民宿還是不錯的，房間還是比較寬敞的，有獨立的陽台，在陽台是可以看到大雁塔的，房間裏還能有一個放沙發的休息區域，讓家人不那麼的壓抑，住着還算舒服。像這個價格開到的酒店，那房間一進去小到衹有床和衞生間，沒有陽台和一個休息區域。總得來説這個價位的的房間可以了，第一天從小區出門，5分鐘到地鐵口，一站就到大雁塔。第二天，打出租車起步價就到南門城牆了。相比之下，這家民宿是我們這趟旅行出來性價比非常高的了
