屋子很乾凈！有專門人來打掃。兩台卧室空調應對西安這麼熱的天足夠用了。公寓位置也可以。旁邊小區有賣早點的。挺方便！

我們一行三人凌晨2點到西安，樓下車位很多停車很方便，樓門保安開了門很熱情，密碼入住，房子裝修很温馨，確實很乾凈，用紙及用品很足，房東是實在人，小區很乾凈，在市中心，位置很便捷，下樓有好多當地小吃，對了還有夜市，距地鐵口很近，樓下有車站交通很方便，距永寧門城牆回民街鐘樓小雁塔都很近，我們都玩了，距不夜城三站地鐵很方便，房價也不貴性價比超高，房東很有耐心，百問不厭，比我在蘭州住好了不知多少倍，這次來西安住的最舒服的民宿，5分好評，下次來還住你家，謝謝房東！

1首先到了之後，我們不知道車往哪裡停，房東沒有提前告知。我們到處轉了很久，結果發現地下停車場根本不能進去，拿着那麼多的行李，還有1歲的小孩，後打電話問的房東，房東東説西説也沒説個所以然，結果我們就想停在路邊，但車位基本靠搶。並且停車費也不便宜，停不到一天就50塊錢了。
2帶着小孩本來説可以到小區裏走走玩玩，結果發現住的這裏還被隔離出去了的。根本就沒有門可以去到小區裏面。
3洗衣機在卧室裏麪，玩一天累了晚上洗了澡想睡覺，又要洗衣服。但洗衣機聲音大得不得了。嚴重影響睡眠！
4本來説帶着小孩可以給孩子做點簡單的飯，上面説可以做飯，但結果廚房火都打不然。
5後面因為種種原因想提前退房，本來預訂的是3天晚上，我們第二天早上起來就聯繫房東退第三天的事，結果房東説平台不同意，我們又給平台聯繫，我們再三溝通最後平台説房東衹退百分之20。真的太無語了。
6預訂之後入住之前，這個民宿所有的情況我們都不清楚，房東也並未告知任何一點。早知道是這樣的情況，我帶着1歲的小孩，什麼也不方便，我也不會定這個地方。

整個房間乾淨整潔，房間細節到位，該有的都有，室內隔音好，老闆熱情周到，有問必答，回覆及時，距離商場，永寧門都不遠，步行十來分鐘就到了，總之全家都很滿意，
