I was so impressed with this hotel; it exceeded my expectations! The service, in particular, was incredibly considerate. Ice Moon was wonderful, giving me a beer coupon when I checked in, recommending delicious tourist spots, and patiently and meticulously answering all my questions. When you open the window, you're greeted with truly beautiful natural scenery, and it was lovely to walk and chat in the garden. The restaurant is also very good, and the breakfast even includes local Xi'an specialties

We regret booking only 2 nights at Hualuxe, this is such a beautiful hotel, with thoughtful amenities and wonderful location just next to Dayanta. As a family, we love the daily engaging activities to experience the traditional ancient games. The Tang inspired decor are also very instagrammable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Xi'an

My 3rd hotel stay in Xi’an. This was the BEST hotel of all. Location : 10/10 it is just a 5minutes stroll walk to the l 不夜城, the most famous street where u can find lots of restaurants, night scenes and shopping. Cleanliness : 10/10 their hotel room is very very clean with a touch of 复古feel. Services : Specially thanks to Miss Angel ( 樱花女士）, she greeted me when I just check into the hotel at the reception. She was simply a beautiful and graceful lady and she’s very very helpful. Gave me her WeChat contact and I could ask her anything. Even I need to order some food from outside, she did her very best to guide me patiently. She was one of the best hotel staff of all that I’ve met before. Room : 10/10 I took the suite room as I love balcony. The room is big enough and also the balcony is big. Look at my pictures where I can have nice scenery at their garden in the night time. Food : their breakfast food is the best of the 3 hotels that I’ve stayed so far. Food is tasty and almost all the 西安小吃also have. I will definitely come back again next time if I come to Xi’An.

Location is superb as it is near pagoda tower. Kids and parents love the place a lot, there’s ducks and peacocks roaming in the hotel garden. Rooms are clean and spacious. Highly recommended!

Located in downtown of Xi'an and walking distance to many spots. Courtyard is beautiful. However, traffic may get congested when cabbing to hotel.

This must be the most beautiful hotel and superb hospitality I have stayed. Hotel is housed in a traditional and culturally significant building with history. 是一座多么华丽壮观的建筑。Hotel Staff is well versed in every aspect. Special Compliments to Mario & Hubery. They are so kind to attend to our needs and recommend good Muslim restaurants to us. They even help us book tickets to Terracotta Army Museum and Tang Paradise. Special thanks to Hubery who is well versed in English , took good care of us , offer suggestions and explanation for some Xi’An tourist attractions . Well definitely come back again.

The hotel is so beautiful and convenient to key sceneries. But the room cleanup service is not professional enough.

The Hualuxe is a truly beautiful hotel, with Tang architecture and aesthetics, including a beautiful garden with peacocks and ducks.   Our room was generously spacious, with a lovely view of the garden.   The breakfasts were consistently good, with many varieties of freshly made dishes, and lots of fruits.    The staff were professional and helpful.   The location is good, a short walk to Dayana area and the Big Goose Pagoda.   The only minus is that the peacocks, though lovely in the daytime, can be very noisy, howling at night and in the early morning.   So bring your earplugs!    But don't let that keep you away from the unique experience the Hualuxe provides!

This hotel was the highlight of our trip to China and offered incredible value for money. The property is stunning, resembling a Tang dynasty palace, with vibrant birds and elegant peacocks adding to the charm. Our room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped, with a lovely window view of the serene courtyard garden. We also appreciated how peaceful it was—despite the hotel being busy, the only sounds we noticed were the gentle calls of peacocks during feeding times. The service exceeded all expectations. Mr. Bai welcomed us warmly, assisting with our luggage and sharing fascinating details about the hotel grounds. MoMo at the front desk made our check-in seamless and even helped arrange Tang Garden tickets. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a fantastic spread of international and local dishes in a relaxing, well-organized atmosphere. Although our stay was brief, this hotel left a lasting impression, and we’re eager to return for a longer visit. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to Xi’an!

HUALUXE Xi’an Tanghua is absolutely gorgeous! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how beautiful everything is. My family had such a wonderful time here. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the whole atmosphere of the hotel just felt so peaceful. We especially loved the little thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. I also have to mention Rachel at the front desk—she was fantastic! So friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. She made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Her warm personality really stood out and made our experience even better. This hotel is a gem, and we can’t wait to come back next time we’re in Xi’an. Highly recommend it!

I went on the trip with a few old friends and stayed two nights at this hotel.The location is super convenient,right near the Dayan Pagoda.the room was clean &tidy,and the breakfast was great.Plus,Ms.Angel,customer relations manager was really attentive.All in all,it was a great stay.

Our 2 days stay at Hualuxe hotel was excellent. They upgraded our room to a suite. Jennie and Angel were very friendly and helpful.
