Great Hotel Close to the Old Town! This hotel is an excellent choice! The location is fantastic – very close to the Old Town, which allows for easy walks and exploring the charm of the area. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and everything in them is in proper working order. It's simply a good, solid place to stay. I highly recommend it!

The hotel is modern, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The rooms are comfortable, and the overall design creates a relaxing and stylish atmosphere. However, if you don’t speak Chinese, be aware that communication at the front desk can be very difficult. None of the staff do not speak English, and while some try their best to help, others are not only unhelpful but actually quite rude. Unfortunately, I had a particularly stressful experience with one of the male receptionists on the night shift, whose attitude towards non-Chinese speakers was shockingly unpleasant. It’s a real shame because the hotel itself is lovely, but the lack of basic communication and courtesy from some staff members really affected my stay.

Hotel is not so big for a 4-person family, but the room is confortable and cleany.

This hotel is awesome! The free popcorn is sweet and delicious, perfect for watching TV series, the breakfast is delicious, and the transportation is convenient~ The front desk butler Jingjing's service is amazing, the staff is warm and considerate, and they are very responsive. The experience is great, highly recommended!

The suite is very comfortable and just meets individual needs. The room decoration has an artistic atmosphere, which I like very much. The breakfast is nutritious and fresh, and the staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. The location is very good and convenient for travel. I stayed for 6 nights and received a souvenir when I left the hotel.

The hotel lives up to the word art in its name. Really designer. Repair, room equipment, nice and beautiful little things in the design. Quite a good location. Yes, maybe walking from the metro station is not the closest option, but by taxi it is very inexpensive to get to the city center and all the historical places.  the refrigerator is next to the reception, you can put, for example, yogurt there. And surprisingly, you can take cold water for free. Breakfast was bought separately. There was an option of noodle soup, coffee, burgers. The staff is very friendly, they speak a little English, they are ready to explain the main points and help. On the day of our departure, we were given a souvenir of the city of Xi'an. Very nice, the first time in my practice.

We are a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers from Denmark. The staff is very friendly, sweet and extremely helpful with ordering online tickets for the Terracotta Soldiers, as well as ordering takeaway food. The location is great, there are small local kiosks close by and a walking distance of about 10 to the shopping center. Zhong Mao Guan Chang or Zhong Mao Mall has lots of good places to eat (food court and individual restaurants) in both low and mid-price ranges. There are also many small street kitchens, so you get to experience a lot of different food and culture. Try running hot pot in the center on the 5th floor for CNY 59.90 all you can eat incl. drinks. Super cheap and super delicious. Close to Big Goose Pagoda you can try renting Chinese clothes from the emperor's time for a day, cost only CNY 159 incl. make up. Take pictures yourself, otherwise it costs extra from a photographer. The mobile takes just as good pictures :-) The room smelled a little strange when we came in. But otherwise it was nice and clean enough. The room was a bit small for 4 people and there was no fridge. However, you could get free cold bottled water every day and you can pick up cups with ice cubes at the reception. About 5 minutes walk there is also a bakery that opens at 8, where they sell bread, sausages and cakes. Can definitely be recommended for foreign tourists.
