酒店整體很不錯，裝修很別緻，中西結合，讓人感覺既高貴又古樸。服務人員也都很熱情，管家小潔很有耐心，因為我對房間氣味很敏感，小潔不怕麻煩帶我看了好幾個房間，才選到我心儀的房間，又詳細介紹了房間的設施和免費的東西。晚上送了牛奶和酸奶，很貼心！下次還來！

除了開車不方便，其它都非常好。地理位置鄰近小寨，到了半夜還是人山人海。晚上酒店還提供宵夜。前台和大廳服務人員非常熱情。最近連續入住了三次。但是最近一次辦理入住的前台人員態度很冷淡、比前面的差很遠。大廳外的停車小哥人很好，熱情、敬業，還很有禮貌！還有一個給擦車的，服務值得贊！

第一次入住體驗給大家分享一下:
一、好的方面。
位置:賽格斜對面，吃飯購物很方便，交通也方便，距離地鐵也近。
服務：酒店服務員服務態度很好。
環境：酒店環境也好。
二、不好的方面。
1.地面停車位很少，地下停車場車位也少，SuV車技術不好，停不進去。
2.酒店管理一般般。去吃早點，拿到一半食物被服務員攔住了，説是不帶餐，讓我們出去了，差評！入住登記的時候怎麼就不提醒一下？餐廳門口也沒人問，進去了食物放在盤子説沒訂早餐，很讓人尷尬😳😳😳。。
3.衞生間玻璃水漬很厚，落地窗大打折扣。

酒店房間設施齊全，空間比較大，交通便利，2號線步行過個天橋就到了，旁邊就是陝西美術館和圖書館，與陝西歷史博物館也較近。酒店管家小潔服務很用心，我們是親子行，每天老二可以收到酒店送的小禮物，可快樂了。酒店的早餐豐富，户外烤串也很美味，特別是肉夾饃很地道，值得品嚐。
