It’s very nice hotel to stay, good price, good location and good staff. It’s convenient to go anywhere in the city and easy to find at the first day I arrived. Staff were not speak English but they were helpful and tried to communicate with me.

The hotel has a good environment, a superior location, convenient transportation, and no pressure to travel. The service attitude of the front desk brother is warm and thoughtful. His image is also very outstanding. His every move is full of professionalism and affinity. The facilities in the room are complete, clean and tidy. Daily necessities are available. The room cleaning is very timely and efficient. The brother is very dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner. He puts himself in the shoes of the guests. It was a very satisfactory stay experience! Staying in this hotel made me feel the warmth of home. The hotel facilities are very new and the rooms are very clean. I stayed there for 2 consecutive nights. It is very close to the subway entrance and the transportation is very convenient! There is a food street very close to the south gate of Jiaotong University.

It's OK. The bedroom is ok. The bathroom is not separated into dry and wet areas. The sanitation is not as good as the bedroom. The room is small. I didn't book a special offer. I booked a higher-level room type specifically for a slightly larger area, but the room is really small

The service attitude is really bad. I stayed for a week on a business trip. The room was cleaned normally for the first one or two days. After the third day, there was no tissue in the paper box. I called the front desk, but they refused to give it to me. Their attitude was super bad. The toothpaste on the sink was used up and they didn't give me new one. The sink was very dirty and was not cleaned every day. I was completely speechless. I paid to stay in a hotel, but you didn't provide toothbrushes or toilet paper, and you even insulted the guests.
