I really enjoyed my stay at AHS Awake Hotel - the staff are very friendly and efficient with checking you in. The room was a good size and had everything you’d need and most importantly, it was clean! They also have self-service laundry, which is very convenient. The location is really good too - a minute walk from the metro and about 10min walk to Bell & Drum towers, and Muslim Street. I’d stay here again!

The room is clean. Everyday have a maid to clean our room. The location is great just next to the bell tower. The metro is just in front of the hotel. Every convenience.

Great location for our couple days seeing the Terracota warriors and Xi’an. Close to the metro and the drum and bell tours. Kind staff and quiet room!

I love every single bit of pieces of the hotel. Location Staff Surrounding area There were so many malls restaurant and just a little walk u arrive at the xian bell tower. 15 mins walk to muslim quarter. Perfect location Im gonna be back staying here if im coming back to xian Gave me free gift at the end of stay and you can ask for bottled water in the reception for free! NV Solo traveler

The location of hotel is very convenient and near to metro station. Very near to drum & bell tower, hotel room is clean and tidy. Overall staying experience is very good. Definitely recommended to stay!!!

Average good. Location is great, near Metro Line6, 1-2 mins walk from G1 exit. 4mins walk from night market street LuoMaShi. 6 mins walk from ZhongLou underground exit 5. Very convenient. Cleanliness: So so. I was shocked by the false eyelash from the previous who stayed there. It sticked on the wall beside the basin. Was thinking worm or animal, seriously scared at first. Then found out it is a false eyelash. I didnt ask for change room, just use tissue picked it up and throwed. Room is dusty at some corner like the cabinet at the bottom beside the bed that (put slippers), it is so dusty. The other room might be the same dusty. Amenities: Basic. With hair dryer, slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush, comb, cotton bud and facial cotton. 2 bottles of drinking water everyday, tea and kettle. However, they dont provide hair conditioner, only shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. And they dont provide body lotion too. Bed with 2 pillows. Other amenities are okay. They only have 1 washing machine (detergent provided), and 1 dryer free of charge. I was unable to use the dryer as it was running at the moment by other people. Customer Service is great, friendly and very helpful. They help me picked-up the call from my tour leader (as I dont have local phone number), and then call to my room to inform me the message from my tour. Soundproof: so so. Can hear the other neighbors open and close doors, and if they talk too loud. But not a big problem as it was just a while.

Very nice hotel! Location is strategic and the hotel is very clean! Receptionist is responsive. They refill toothbrush, water, tissues and everything everyday even you’re not using it, this is the best part as we no need to request. Free laundry with dryer. The only problem is that the room is full of food smells because restaurant is just next to the hotel. The room is really spacious and comfortable. Thank you for the pleasant stay❤️

Very convenient location - relatively new hotel, helpful staff. Room itself is nice and good amenities. However, there was a very bad smoke-smell in the room. After a while in the room, I didn’t notice anymore, but everytime I entered it was bad. The AC was working fine, but there was a bright green light on the control panel, which itself was located right next to the bed. You couldn’t turn off the light on the panel without turning off the AC, so you either have to sleep without AC or with a small green light shining in the night. It was not crucially bad, but it bothered a little bit. Breakfast was good, sadly no coffee. Gym is very very small (see picture of the hotel), but I didn’t use it, so I didn’t care. Overall nice stay nevertheless.

Nice hotels with washing machine which convenient for traveller. Service crew also very nice. I am booked standard room when arrive found there is only table not very convenient for us stay for few day's as luggage need to put on floor. I am request another design which hv long chair can put my luggage. Front desk offer me another type of room which is bigger, i thought need to pay for upgrade but he provide me free upgrade. Appreciated it. Will stay again if hv chance to visit Xi An

No smoking smell👍

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The staff was very helpful, helping us to order diapers for our baby. Everything was perfect, except from the breakfast. There was very little, almost no choice at the "buffet". We would have preferred just to have a Chinese breakfast like a noodle soup, but there was none.
