Location very convenient where it near to MRT stations and even railway station. However the cleanliness consider average and not much can be compared with this kind of low room rate. To find the hotel really a challenge because it was inside HanTing  hotel, 11 floor. The only concern is we facing water outrage on our last day and no backup water prepare for us. I hope hotel can consider some improvements on this issue.

Unfortunately the accommodation was not very clean. Windows were dirty and dusty. The bed was broken and supported from underneath by bricks. We found a booger on the head end of the bed. Questionable with stains could be found on the couch. The location is quite good (within the ancient walls of the city) and quite close to the metro station. The service was fine. They provided us with fresh towels whenever we asked for it.

Good and comfortable stay. Room was clean and amenities were also of good standard. Although bathroom was not private but it was manageable as only two rooms were dependent on one unit. Location was very convenient and close to Xian Station. Overall good place with scenic view of city wall.

Good Stay with a Great View in Xi’an I had a good stay at this hotel. The location was convenient for me as it’s close to the station, though a bit far from the main tourist spots. The room was a bit old but perfectly fine, and the highlight was the fantastic view of the north side of the city fortifications. The shared bathroom arrangement with the next-door room was no issue at all. The staff didn’t speak English but were friendly, and communication worked out fine. Finding the place can be tricky—you need to enter the tower and go up to the 11th floor. I asked the staff at the downstairs café for directions, so don’t hesitate to do the same! Overall, a good option if you’re looking for a convenient stay near the station with a nice view. 😊

Decent place. Some rooms are better than others. No bottled water. Good internet and hot shower. I stayed in 1117 and the wetroom could be renovated. Everything works but its ugly. Outlets could also be renovated, but they work.

The hotel accepts foreigners. The location is perfect - a short walk from both Xi'an railway station and the metro. Very convenient for sightseeing. Also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. However, the hotel has no sign outside - it's in a building where there are several hotels, on the 11th floor. The room was large, and had the necessary amenities, though it could have been cleaner (especially the toilet). Service was fine - you can store your bags at the reception (though do note that it may be closed, so you'll have to call them first). However, the room wasn't cleaned, not sure whether they were supposed to clean it, though. Still, it's good value for money, considering the location, so if you're not too picky, it's a good option.

Very cooperative staff. Smiling and welcoming. Room was clean and very helpful storage facility to visit the city after checking out. I stored my luggage for more than 7 hours for visiting beautiful city of Xi’an.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Xinghe Yingxu, thanks to its convenient location and the exceptional support from the staff. Their hospitality made our trip seamless and memorable, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience for all of us.

The room was spacious but not very clean and had a slight odor. However, the location was convenient.

The only good thing about this hotel is close to a metro station and has many restaurants and convenient stores close by but everything else?, I wish I didn’t stay here. Amenities and room conditions are really bad, dirty chipped walls, bathrooms floor tiles, furnitures, loose door knobs, stained walls, hallway, etc. but the worst thing is the service. I have stayed from 10$-1200$ hotel room and I’m not picky about the room or amenities but the people here made me feels really unwelcome. And don’t tell me it’s the language barrier. I’ve just come from Shanghai, Suzhou, Beijing and Pingyao and no one spoke English and please see my excellent reviews for them. The manner, gestures and nonverbal body language tell all. The guy at the front desk made me feel uncomfortable asking for service. He spoke not a word to me beyond answering a bare minimum on my phone Google translation App. He does not look at me. When he took me to the room, he turned away in a split second after tapping the key card on the lock. I lost my keycard and said I might have left it in the room. He took me to my room and tap his master key card and again, turned back in a split second before I could ask him to at least put the key in the slot for the light. I had to look for the card in the dark: 9 pm. I couldn’t find it so, ask for a new one for 28 yuan, he signed multiple times while processing a new card and I stood there in a very awkward situation in silence. I guess this hotel wants to serve only Chinese citizens or travelers who can speak Mandarin. They make me feel that using the translation App is such a hassle for them or there’s something wrong about me.

Although the hotel is quite old but the equipment is still good. And the service is wonderful. When I went there, I couldn’t find the hotel’s place but the receptionist picked us up. When checking out, the procedure was quick and really friendly

Very close to Xi’an station 8 min by walking it is a good place to stay.

Good location. Friendly staff the help us keeping our lugagge after check out. Room and bathroom good for the price that you pay.
