Lucky to have booked this hotel for my short stay in Xian and the start of my journey around northern China. Besides it's perfect location, near Xian old city walls etc, Staff is so helpful, particularly Ms Zhong who helped me get to the right place to apply for my China Sim card and gave me all the necessary info to get around Xian. I extended my stay for 2 nights. Room is super clean, free laundry machines, and pretty hitech!

Excellent location, staff was friendly and helpful. We managed to extend for a day at a good rate without having to be evicted from our room. Only thing to note is that they only have two laundry machines (wash + dry), so it took us a while to get our laundry done as there was a queue.
