Great location just a short walk to the Bell Tower and the Muslim Quarter, making halal food options easy to find. The hotel is clean and well-kept. Breakfast is basic, staff are polite, and while the room was a bit warm due to the fixed heater setting, it was still comfortable. Note that there’s no bidet in the toilet. Overall, a good choice for a short stay in Xi’an, especially if you prefer being within walking distance to key attractions.

First off, the location is great! The hotel is close to a metro and is basically connected to a mall! There are plenty of delicious places to eat near by. The breakfast had many options and places to sit. Our room felt a little small compared to the last Holiday Inn Express we stayed at but there’s nothing to complain about. There’s also free laundry if that’s important to you!

The most satisfactory hotel, the service and hygiene are great, the best is the free upgrade to Hollywood King Room by Yuna at the front desk, especially recommended for a family of three. The hotel breakfast is usually late when going out, and I have never eaten it even if I booked a breakfast-inclusive package. This time I saw in the comments that the hotel breakfast is particularly good, so I set an alarm to wake up and eat, it is really good. Xi'an specialty Zenggao and Roujiamo are available

The service was very good. I would like to give special praise to Wu Yang, the front desk clerk. She gave me a cup of hot drink when I checked in, which made me feel very warm. This service is not available in many hotels. Wu Yang was also very kind and asked about my well-being. I could contact her at any time if I needed help. I think she is very professional.
