Holiday Inn Hotels in Xi'an

Convenient transportation, subway is just outside, and it is convenient to go anywhere. The room is relatively clean and the soundproofing is also good. There are few people at breakfast, the variety of dishes is OK, and the taste is average. I booked the IHG exclusive price specifically, but there was no welcome drink or fruit, and no room upgrade. The Gaoxin South Express the day before and the InterContinental the day after both recognized diamond members in advance and upgraded the room type. It may be related to the peak season. I hope it can be a reference for other IHG members.

The hotel is pleasantly great for its price. The room is large with a great city view and comes with a large bathroom that’s a hit with my daughter. The amenities within the room are 5 stars. I can’t comment about the hotel amenities as I didn’t use them. The one problem I have with the room is that despite aligning the shower curtain perfectly, I still end up with a soaking wet bathroom floor after every shower. The hotel should seriously look into this phenomenon.

Very good accommodation experience. It was my birthday on the day I checked in. The front desk lady surnamed Cui upgraded the room and gave me a small gift, which was very thoughtful. The service was in place and the room was clean and tidy. The swimming pool was also clean and the experience was very good.

The room was large and the view was great. The decoration style of the room was simple and practical. I liked it very much. It was a very good stay experience.
