The rooms are clean and tidy, without odors. The room service is polite and smiling, which makes us feel at home! We will visit your hotel again in the future! And we will recommend your hotel to friends! In addition, we have to say that we admire the management concept and service spirit of the hotel's general manager Wang (Ms. Wang Lingli). General Manager Wang treats guests like relatives, considers guests in every detail, provides convenience, and introduces Wuxi's tourism resources, which makes our trip to Wuxi even more icing on the cake. I would like to express my deep gratitude here! We often say that ”details determine success or failure, and ambition determines everything”. The hotel's many five-star praises are inseparable from General Manager Wang. She made us feel that although we only stayed in the hotel for two days, we would feel nostalgic when we left, and we would come again in the future! This feeling has never been felt in other hotels!

The location of the hotel is very easy to find and parking is convenient. I must praise Xiao Zhu and Xiao Ye at the front desk for their warm service. They also upgraded the room for free. The room facilities are also great and very, very clean. The only difference is that the breakfast variety is a little limited. It is a good stay experience and is worth recommending.

1. There is no anti-slip mat in the shower room; 2. The push and pull signs on the glass door of the shower room are reversed; 3. The wooden sliding door of the bathroom needs a lot of force to push, and it is obvious that there is a problem with the pulley; 4. The remaining amount of shower gel in the bathroom is less than one-fifth of the bottle capacity, and the remaining amount of shampoo is less than one-third. Do you plan to let users call you when they take a shower? 5. Hotels at this price cannot expect a rich gym equipment, but you only have four equipment, except for one treadmill, the other three are in a semi-damaged state, especially the sponge pad of the sit-up assistive device is falling off, which is simply outrageous. For hotels at this price, if you can't provide a gym, you can remove it. 6. Before going to bed, I always thought that the rumbling sound came from the exhaust fan, but I didn't expect that it came from the air conditioner after turning off the exhaust fan. Please use a decibel meter to test how much noise the air conditioner makes in the cooling mode with only the windshield! Except for the air conditioner noise problem, the above should not appear in a hotel that has only been opened for more than two months. Please check yourself!

I was visiting Wuxi for one day only, then I got caught in the rain, so I couldn’t get a taxi and missed my train. I rarely give hotel reviews, but this time I must praise it. The hotel is located near Wuxi Baizhuang Subway. It is a five-minute walk from Dongting Yaohan, where you can enjoy food, drink and entertainment.

The hotel has free parking, the air conditioning is sufficient, the water pressure is strong, the water temperature is stable, the room is clean and tidy. We arrived at the hotel very late, and the front desk service was also very good. We stayed here when our house was not cleaned up. It was very convenient and I will stay here again next time.
