The hotel is a bit old, but the rooms are very spacious. The style is reminiscent of a state-run guesthouse, focusing on affordability. From the outside, it looks unassuming, but it's actually quite large inside, with several buildings and even robot room service. If the hotel could upgrade its facilities and ambiance, it would be even more popular. For younger guests, it might feel like a blast from the 90s. It's also conveniently located for sightseeing. I recommend visiting Huishan Ancient Town; the night view is stunning, and the old houses in the daytime have their own unique charm.

This hotel was a very cheap price which is why I stayed here. 24 US Dollars!! For the price I wasn't expecting much and really can't complain. I had an okay stay. The bed was pleasant and clean, shower was okay enough, TV was fine. Floor was quiet enough. Some kids were being a bit crazy and making a lot of noise but was all good. A drinking party perhaps but they did not bother me. I woke up late and did not try the breakfast so I cannot speak to that. All in all I had a pleasant enough stay and really enjoyed my day in the area. The fantastic Wanda mall is walking distance away and has tons of great shops and a huge IMAX theater. Lots of good food, coffee, ice cream etc. If you are looking for somewhere cheap to crash in Wuxi I can recommend it. The manager was very sweet and even stopped me to give me a couple cans of Pepsi on the way out as a gift haha. Would stay again if I needed to be in this area.
