My friend and I came to Wuxi and chose the Junlai Hubin Hotel. The location is excellent, right next to Liyuan Garden, so you can walk there easily. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a room on the 9th floor, which offered great views. The overall service was good too. The bedding was a bit soft for my taste, but I personally found it acceptable. There were several pleasant surprises during our stay: They gave us Ferris wheel tickets, so we specifically chose to go at sunset. Watching the sun slowly set and the city lights come on was a wonderful experience. It was also the first time my best friend and I had ridden a Ferris wheel together, so it was quite memorable. We also received tickets for a double-decker Capybara-themed bus tour. The bus drove around Taihu Lake, and the scenery along the way was beautiful – a very interesting experience. I especially want to praise the hotel's travel photography service! The photographer was incredibly professional and great at guiding us. We were just wearing our casual clothes, but he was excellent at finding angles and using light to get fantastic shots. The editing was also very natural, making us look so good we almost forgot it was us – both authentic and natural, beautiful and slim. We felt like we could look so good in photos! Highly recommend! Another unexpected surprise was the robot show! There were robots in the hotel dancing to music, performing different routines according to the rhythm of various songs. Their movements were perfectly in sync, which was really impressive. We stood watching for a long time, surrounded by many children and even some foreigners. The atmosphere was fantastic and very entertaining. However, the hotel restaurant was a bit disappointing. The prices weren't cheap, but the food came out incredibly fast, making us wonder if it was pre-made. The taro puree with sugar was extremely sweet, almost sickly sweet, and the xiaolongbao skins were also too sweet – even for us from the Wu dialect region, who are accustomed to sweet flavors. I'd say it barely passed; I wouldn't recommend eating a full meal at the hotel. Overall, the hotel's location, service, complimentary perks, and travel photography were all huge pluses, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. My advice for dining would be to find local restaurants with good reputations outside the hotel for a much better experience.

This time I came to Wuxi to run a marathon, and I was really satisfied with staying in this hotel! First of all, the hotel is very new, with complete facilities and a modern and atmospheric decoration style, giving people a very comfortable feeling. The room is clean and tidy, the hygiene is very good, and I feel at ease staying there. The service was also impressive. The staff were enthusiastic and responsive, especially the late check-out service, which was very thoughtful and gave me plenty of time to rest and organize after the game. It really helped a lot! In general, this stay experience was great, both the hardware facilities and the service quality were impeccable. Next time I come to Wuxi, I will definitely choose here again! My family and I have a wonderful stay and received excellent hospitality during our recent stay at the Grand Kingtown Hotel. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The view was absolutely great and made the entire experience even more enjoyable and relaxing. I would also like to especially thank your staff (in particular菜菜）for the superb service and warm hospitality throughout our stay. An absolutely fantastic stay! Atour, as always, delivers consistent quality. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was warm and attentive. The location next to MixC is super convenient for getting around and dining. Both rooms we booked were excellent. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Wuxi. Highly recommend!

The hotel is a bit old, but the rooms are very spacious. The style is reminiscent of a state-run guesthouse, focusing on affordability. The surrounding snack options are decent, and since I was traveling with elders, they were quite satisfied. It's a good fit for seniors who aren't too particular about modern decor. From the outside, it looks unassuming, but it's actually quite large inside, with several buildings and even robot room service. If the hotel could upgrade its facilities and ambiance, it would be even more popular. For younger guests, it might feel like a blast from the 90s. It's also conveniently located for sightseeing. I recommend visiting Huishan Ancient Town; the night view is stunning, and the old houses in the daytime have their own unique charm.

I checked out several days ago and wasn't planning on writing a review, since it's a new hotel and I thought I'd just skip it. However, I feel that if there are problems, I should point them out objectively and honestly, both to provide other customers with information and to help with improvements. First of all, the hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station, which is a plus. Although it's a new hotel, there wasn't a particularly strong smell. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and it was quite quiet at night. These are all advantages! When I placed the order, I noted that I didn't want the last room available. When I arrived, the receptionist was a man, and he lacked even the most basic enthusiasm, which I was somewhat fine with. I specifically emphasized again that I didn't want it to be the last room available, and he replied, ”No, it won't be.” When I went upstairs and saw it was the last room available, I was truly speechless. The male receptionist carrying my luggage downstairs showed no apology whatsoever, his expression was completely indifferent. If you don't have a suitable room, you should say so in advance. Making me run up and down with heavy luggage was ridiculous. Later, they changed me to a standard room, only telling me it was a standard room after the change was complete. I checked in around 3 PM. If I had checked in earlier and there wasn't a suitable room, I could understand. And it wasn't even Friday or Saturday! The cleaning lady started cleaning the room around 8 or 9 AM, and the noise of moving chairs was really loud; it would wake up light sleepers. At least wait until after 10 AM to start cleaning! They completely disregarded other guests. For a hotel like Home Inn, their professionalism is definitely inferior to another chain hotel nearby.

Finding this hidden gem hotel near Taihu College was such a pleasant surprise! For just over 160 RMB, I got a king-size bed room with smart home technology and a 50-inch screen-projecting TV. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the separate shower and toilet was a welcome relief. The public areas also have a gym and a complimentary hot drink area. The New Year decorations were also very festive, and the front desk staff were warm and attentive. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Wuxi!

True to its international youth hostel roots, the location is incredibly convenient and it boasts a distinct artistic flair. The rooms don't come with tissue boxes or complimentary bottled water, but there's a purified water dispenser available at reception. It was very quiet this season; perhaps all the former hostel-dwellers have simply grown older. While there are common areas for guests to mingle, they were completely deserted. The owner was engrossed in his guitar, with a little Teddy dog faithfully by his side.

The room was new, and they even upgraded us. Breakfast was included, although the food was a little cold when we went to eat. Everything else was great; the facilities and amenities were all new, and the bathtub even had a liner.

Stayed in Wuxi for three days and wanted to experience a historic hotel. The lobby was very distinctive, and the room was spacious. The construction site next door was closed for the New Year's Day holiday, and the hotel even thoughtfully warned about potential noise from it. The mattress was super comfortable; I fell asleep as soon as I lay down, probably also because I was so tired from all the activities. The only downside was that food deliveries weren't brought up by a robot, so I had to go down to pick them up every time. There's a great soup dumpling place nearby, and the roasted chestnuts from the shop right outside are delicious too.
