Upon arrival, we have very joyful pleasurable welcome by the hotel service personnel. In view of our room is city view, we request to look into if lake view room, how much is require to pay. Mr. Xu, who attended to us provided us with free upgrade, we feel touch and impress. The Breakfast is good and there are full of variety of choices. For dinner, the hotel food is delicious and the service of the waitress is pleasant and friendly. We have a Wonderful stay at the hotel.

Hotel is really beautiful! Food is great! I’m so surprised that they offer miso soup at breakfast! They told me that they the miso was made in house. Restaurant on the top floor has splendid views, two persons dinner is excellent! Will stay here again next time when I visit Wuxi.

The first time I stayed at Licheng Hotel, all aspects exceeded expectations. There are buses and subways around the hotel, and it is convenient to travel. It is more convenient to drive, and the car stops directly at the door. Facilities: The hotel facilities are very new and personal feeling is better than the Holiday Express. Hygienic: The rooms are cleaned spotlessly. I originally felt that the hotel at this price could meet the requirements of sleeping. I brought a large pack of alcohol paper and wiped it everywhere. The paper was very clean. Hygiene can be comparable to big brands such as InterContinental and Marriott. Environment: The hotel is small, but the environment is clean and tidy, the laundry room and restaurant are very good, especially the restaurant tables and chairs look very high-end. The room is also very design, the main color gray is matched with a little orange, not eye-catching, and it looks very energetic. The designer is very careful. Service: The front desk was warm and we saw that the room with the big children was upgraded. The shredded pork noodles and freshly packaged fresh meat dumplings for breakfast tasted super good, like the home made by yourself, the meal felt good, the waiter cleaned the table very quickly, and the added dishes and fruits were both sufficient. The room cleaning performance is excellent, not only cleaning in time, but also the aunt said that it was hot and gave 5 bottles of water directly. There are two places worth improving: 1. A hotel clothesline can be added to the shower room to facilitate daily clothes drying. 2. Can the door of the shower room be changed to open inside, and every time you open the door after the shower, you will get a lot of water on the ground.

It's an OK hotel due to be a 5 star rating, did i expected more, probably yes. Is it worth? Definitely. the room is spacious and has at least mine, a great view. The free ticket to visit the cherry blossom park was really a nice surprise unexpected. Check in and check out flawless. My rank 3 star on facilities was due parking lot, i spent 15 minutes to find a vacancy lot. Hotel makes probably conventions/seminars and in the end, the guest has to suffer in hunting a parking space (i just knew had other parking area when i checked out, please, the 2 parking space should be connected in some way or better information about the 2nd parking lot).

I ate tofu flowers and plum cakes in Huishan Ancient Town. I ate the same radish silk cakes that Ren Xianqi ate at the Daoxiang Market. They were all delicious. Wuxi was really worth coming. People are good, beautiful, and fun! I will choose to stay at this hotel next time!

The soundproofing of the room is not good to begin with, and the people staying there are all old men and women from the tour group. They chat with their doors open late at night and laugh loudly. All takeout can only be delivered to the lobby, and those who live in the back building can only get it in the lobby. The shower water is very difficult to adjust. If you put it in the middle and slightly to the left, it will be scalding, and if you put it in the right, it will be cold water. The waiter is good, and he can deliver whatever you want quickly, but the hardware is too poor. This hotel dares to charge more than 400 a night without breakfast. I am really a big victim. I will never book it again!
