My third stay in this hotel. Overall it's a good choice though hotel is not new and rooms could be renovated actually. Beautiful location with park on hotel's territory and scenic view on a lake. Breakfasts always tasty and various. Staff service very good.

The room is large, the decoration is elegant, and the facilities are high-end, which is in line with the old five-star hotel. The disadvantage is that the TV is a bit small. The front desk service is very good, and the attitude of other service staff encountered is also very good. The garden environment is super five-star. The buffet breakfast is very good and rich, comparable to the brunch in many hotels, but the buffet dinner is not recommended. If you go there at 7 o'clock in the evening, it seems like the stall is closing. The cost performance is not high.

Clean and hygienic, complete facilities, intelligent equipment, no noise at night, convenient transportation, free parking, and considerate service. The service staff confirmed what time to arrive and turned on the air conditioner in the room very early. It was so considerate. Next time I go, I will choose this hotel to stay.

The location is OK, but the facilities are old. It takes more than ten minutes to drive to anywhere, and one kilometer to the subway. It is close to the road, and the soundproofing of the room is average, which needs to be improved.

This hotel is quite a surprise, because it is the cherry blossom season in Yuantouzhu, Wuxi. When the prices of nearby hotels skyrocketed, the price of this hotel is still affordable. The hotel is located next to the Plum Garden and not far from Liyuan. It takes about 20 minutes to walk there, without traffic jams. The next morning, I went to Yuantouzhu, a 15-minute drive away, avoiding traffic jams, but unfortunately I didn't have the hotel breakfast. The hotel's restaurant is highly recommended. My parents and I had four dishes, which were very large and affordable. The dishes are delicious. After all, they are chefs from big hotels, and the service is also at the level of big hotels. The hotel has its own large parking lot, so there is no need to worry about parking spaces.

At 10 pm, the child couldn't sleep in a certain Jiangzhixing Hotel because of the noise and cried loudly. We changed the hotel to Sheraton at the last minute. The front desk receptionist received us very warmly. The room types and prices changed quickly on weekends. We booked one night according to Ctrip's special price. The front desk reserved a room for the second night for us and bound the new order after the best price on the Internet came out. It was considerate for the guests. The child slept very peacefully that night, without crying or making a fuss. The breakfast was also very rich. Next time I come to Wuxi, I will stay at Sheraton again.

The hotel is quite new, the room color is simple, quite comfortable, the disadvantage is that the room is too poorly soundproofed, the sound of the room upstairs or the next room has been talking clearly, there are people who have been squeaking at 12 o'clock in the evening. The cup in the room was a bit dirty. When I was ready to drink hot water, I found that there was still something in the quilt that was glued and dried. The hygiene of the entrance was not done well or it was a bit awkward.

The short-haired lady at the front desk has a very good service attitude. You can take bus 88 to Lingshan Giant Buddha. It is very close to Wanda Plaza, very convenient for eating, the room is very clean, and the room the lady introduced to me is not noisy, and the breakfast is also very rich.

The location of the hotel is very convenient for self-driving tourists. Not only free parking, but also charging piles. There is a commercial street within 10 minutes' walk, and it is only ten minutes away from Yuantouzhu scenic spot.
