My stay here truly exceeded all expectations, and I absolutely have to give them a glowing review! First and foremost, a huge thank you to the staff, who so thoughtfully upgraded our room. Checking in late in the evening, their service and attention to detail were absolutely exceptional. I honestly hadn't expected much, but was completely taken by surprise – my impression of the hotel instantly soared! The upgraded room itself was absolutely fantastic – incredibly spacious with a very practical layout. Both the furniture and bedding felt luxurious and refined, making for an extremely comfortable stay. I slept like a baby, waking up completely refreshed and without any travel fatigue. (Just a minor suggestion: the existing child barrier might be a bit too low for a toddler around 1 year old.) Another small detail that truly warmed my heart: when I casually asked a staff member in the hallway one evening for recommendations on good local food, I was incredibly impressed by their patience. They not only suggested several restaurants popular with locals but also thoroughly described each one's signature dishes and exact addresses. They even clearly explained the most convenient way to get to each spot. Following their recommendations, we definitely didn't hit any duds – every meal was fantastic! Overall, this accommodation experience was absolutely perfect. Both the facilities and the service were incredibly satisfying, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

We only booked 1 night to explore the city. Upon arrival the reception told us we have to go do a PCR test (although we had a valid 24hr test when checking in). We went from one testing site to another, nowhere could they help us because we weren’t registered living in Wuxi. Then they told us we don’t need a test because we are leaving again the next day. We spent our whole day looking for a PCR testing site - didn’t get to do anything else. Rooms were good, just extremely hot. Even when you turn the airconditioner on, the room was about 26 degrees the whole time.

This is our first time traveling to Wuxi. When we saw Xuelang Songpin Hotel on Trip, we decided to stay there for a night. It was exactly the same as what we saw on the website, with a quiet environment, pleasant scenery, professionalism and service of the service staff, and the hardware equipment in the room was not sloppy. Overall, it was a great experience. If we have the opportunity to go to Wuxi again, Xuelang Songpin Hotel will be our first choice.

That was the second time I had stayed at this hotel purely due to its magnificence. I booked a deluxe room and it was perfectly furnished with wood that gave it a scent of retro style unlike many modern and hi-tech hotels. And the lobby of the hotel is another thing worth coming for, it is a pure pleasure and lustre, everything is made down to the smallest detail. The only thing that I was disappointed in was a lack of decent sauna and hammam. There was a sauna but it was tiny - just around 1 by 1 square meters and you had to turn it on and wait for it to warm up, and the hammam, which was just as tiny, didn't work at all. The swimming pool was normal, but there was no jacuzzi section (there was a small separate pool that was supposed to be with warm water, but in fact it was quite cool. Other than that, the breakfast food range was excellent (although not much Western food). I would definitely recommend this hotel for a one or two day stay.
