Hotels in Nanchang Ancient Street, Wuxi

A very satisfying stay. The room is new and big. The service is also very good. There is a handsome brother at the door. The front desk will introduce you to the room and will also add incense. The toilet is also very clean. It is very good. When we left, they gave us a small gift for the Spring Festival. Although the price has increased a lot during the Spring Festival, I think it is still very good.

Everything is good , clean, and well maintained. I really enjoyed staying there. Hotel staff was so polite to me.

Location is superb, convenient to travel to most places of interest with nearby (within walking distance of 100 - 500 metres) many food options (using DianPing app would be an excellent way to look for well reviewed restaurants / services). The building consists of Tower A and Tower B. The hotel is in Tower A with the entrance marked as in the picture (with the green '100', black statue, and M cafe as landmark to guide you to the correct entrance). Check in is on the 28th Floor. Room is huge and well partitioned, comfortable for 2 pax. Kitchen with stove provided but no cooking utensils. Sink comes with regular tap and a water-filter tap. Fridge is spacious. Washer provided too (I didn't use it). Communication with hotel via WeChat which was efficient. Only complaints are: 1. pillows were too thin and 2. bath and WC drainage not so good that the hotel needs to look at solving it. One last personal advice is to opt for lower-mid level room, I stayed on the 16th, coz if staying much higher up, then lift taking may require more time. I forego the night scene for time saving.). Overall, a good experience staying in this hotel.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The breakfast was rich in variety, including bread, porridge, fruit and various side dishes, with many choices. However, the elevator had a malfunction, but the staff came to repair it quickly and gave me a small gift as compensation, which made me feel very considerate. The room was very clean overall, and the service attitude was also very good. I will choose here again next time.

Facilities: Very complete, you can cook noodles by yourself, there is a refrigerator and a washing machine. It’s no different from home. A rich breakfast provides you with energy for the day. Highly recommended! Hygiene: Very clean and comfortable to sleep at night. Environment: Elegant, you can overlook the surrounding bustling night scene from the room. Service: Fair, there is only one person on duty at the front desk. If the front desk goes to the bathroom, there will be no one 😂

Arrived at 12 noon, there is a backyard, parking is very convenient. The front desk lady very enthusiastically contacted the aunt to show me the booked room type, quite satisfied, and quickly checked in. The room is clean, the facilities are complete, the washing machine, the wardrobe space is large, the more detailed place has a clothes drying place and faces the air outlet of the air conditioner, and there is an oversized projection, which is great! The staff I met will greet warmly, the service awareness is high, the only lack of sound insulation needs to be improved, but because I was tired that day, the noise on the road did not affect sleep 😏, a beef soup shop next to the hotel tastes good!

The check-in experience was excellent. The hotel is located on the pedestrian street, and there are various restaurants for eating, drinking, and shopping. It is bustling outside, but the courtyard is quiet and secluded, and you can calm down. The room is clean and tidy, and the design style is the finishing touch when you enter the door. The interior decoration of the courtyard is also full of artistic sense and Chinese style. I am very satisfied with this choice. Not only are the hardware facilities complete, but the service is also impeccable. If you need it, the housekeeper will do his best to provide help. It is worth the trip!

This is one of the best hotels we stayed in China recently. I was so pleasantly surprised in its location right in the middle of the famous Nantang Street, where restaurants and activities spill over to night time. The hotel is refurbished from a traditional style Chinese building and has a warm tone to it. The service was spectacular. Before our arrival, hotel staff Xiao Liu already started to liaise with me to ensure I know how to tell driver the location. Then he awaited at the stop to help me with luggage. During our stay, he was attentive and catered to all our needs with a great attitude. We will definitely be back at this hotel and explore more of Wuxi soon!!

Very beautiful and big room. Breakfast spread is wonderful too. The service staff 小张 and 小李 at the reception counter are marvelous with superb service.

The hotel is super clean, smells nice. Bed is super comfortable and room is nicely designed with automatic curtains. Housekeeping ladies are super kind and did a wonderful job. Some Front desk personnel might not speak English but you can use a translator app, they are very patient and nice. Hotel is conveniently located, few steps from Nanchang road and 10 mins taxi from railway station.
