Nice and enjoyable experience staying at Hyatt Wuxi. All the staff whom I have contact with, are very friendly and professional. I need assistance on sending items to china, and the concierge assisted me with patience. As I feel hot easily, housekeeping sent a fan to meet my requirements. Very nice view from my room. Will definitely book the same hotel when I come back to Wuxi.

In my opinion, the hotel was really great and you get what you paid for. The gym is small but very clean, the staff are really nice, and the breakfast is delicious. It is strategically located outside the train station and a 2km walk away from Nanchang Street. What’s more important is there is no smell of smoke in lift, which left a great impression with me. Overall, very good and will recommend. 不得不说，酒店还是挺不错的。酒店的健身房虽然很小但很干净，酒店的服务员也很友好，早餐挺好吃。酒店的外面就是地铁站，走两公里就能抵达南长街。最重要的是，酒店没有香烟的味道，给我留下深刻的印象。总之挺好的，会介绍！

The location is good. There is a Hema Fresh supermarket opposite Yaohan. It is very convenient for eating. It is about one kilometer away from Nanxia Street. The parking space at the door is a bit tight. Only a few cars can be parked. There is a Baoan uncle to guide. The service is good. The facilities and environment are good.

This hotel has complete supporting facilities, is clean and tidy, has a rich breakfast and a laundry room. The hotel is in a prime location, close to various attractions, and parking is convenient. There are plenty of parking spaces above and below the ground. There are also restaurants around. The temperature is just right for Wuxi at this time! The front desk lady also provided a travel guide. The hotel is very safe, robots deliver things, and the room size is relatively spacious, fresh and elegant! The most cost-effective choice for business trips and travel! Worth recommending! I hope there will be more stores of this brand

The hotel is well decorated and relatively new. Facilities: Share the elevator with Orange Hotel, swipe the card to get on the elevator, there is an elevator dedicated to Atour Hotel Service: The bottled water in the room is from Nongfu Spring, and it is well equipped. Tissue boxes and toilet paper are well equipped. The room is spacious and the overall accommodation feels quite comfortable

Gorgeous apartment with pretty friendly staff who provides great hospitality! Kinda shady if you were to walk at night but not a bad location of the city centre. Will come back for another visit for sure!

Facilities: There is a small refrigerator but no refrigerator. It is said that only executive rooms and above have refrigerators. There is no coffee. You can ask the cleaning lady for it. This is my first time staying in this hotel in Wuxi. The room is big and the pillows are soft, which makes sleeping very comfortable. I would like to thank the front office manager, Manager Xu, and the customer service manager Huizi. I was not very satisfied with the room after I checked it in. Manager Xu was very enthusiastic to help me change the room and upgrade it for free. It happened to be my companion's birthday during my stay, and Manager Xu asked the kitchen to deliver longevity noodles in the evening. I am really grateful. Huizi also provided a lot of help during our stay. When we left the hotel, she arranged for an aunt to help clean the room carefully. Thank you again! I will stay here again next time I come to Wuxi!
