Service was immaculate, staff spoke english and were very helpful and patient. The room was great and loaded with amenities, even a kitchen stocked with pots, pans, and plates which was helpful. Hotel location is near the metro station which helped with travelling. Overall stay was great, would recommend to others

Indeed very nice hotel, new, clean with excellent services rendered by the staff. Will definitely be mine preferred hotel in my next visit to Wuxi. Keep up the good job.

Location is very convenient as it is very near to the mrt station. Also just one station away from the train station 🙂. Hotel service is good as well with friendly staff. Breakfast is sufficient to start the day going 🤭

VERY good experience. The service attitude is one of the best. Receptionists are attentive and tackled all of my concerns at best. Very quiet which is my #1 priority. And cleanness :) They even have a sauna which I was able to use during my stay. Would definitely recommend staying here.

It was so nice big room, every staffs can speak English . Reception front of desk is very kind and gives good service. I stay there two nights and they gived to me very good service. In hotel has spa and shopping area.

Receptionist was very helpful, good manner. Location is very close to Minfeng metro Line 1 Exit 3. Breakfast is also superb. Room is spacious and clean, amenities are very good too. Will stay again and super recommended this place.

Near to mrt, less than 5min walk very convenient. No hassle check in, Didi is convenient. Daily cleaning of apartment. Good daily selection of breakfast. Good for family stay during visit of wuxi.

Good location very near the metro (Line 1) which is the line with the stations at popular places to visit. Quiet serviced apartments with washer and dryer. TV didn't connect to the sound bar properly. Resolution of TV programs is low. Room is clean and spacious.

I had the studio apartment comes with washer and cooking stuff. Pretty big room and comfortable bed. The environment is quiet as it was located inside of the square. Less than 5 minutes walking distance to metro. It was 3 stops away to Sanyang square, busy shopping areas. About 15 to 20 minutes taxi to Huishan ancients town and nanchang Street. There is a family mart near to the hotel. Nothing fancy of the breakfast.

We were happy to stay in this apartment. The breakfast is great and the staff can speak English. In other times when we go back to Wuxi, we will come and stay in this apartment again.

Love the family room with all the giant teddy bear plush toys. Room is very comfortable and Burger King meal is provided. I’ll stay again if I travel to Wuxi again. only thing to improve is the floor need refurbishment.

The hotel is in a quiet area and still closer to the railway station. there is proper kitchen items with cutlery, washing machine, refrigerator and Oven. It good customer service and staff attitude is nice. it has many shops around it including small restaurants departmental store and grocery shops. certainly a high end experience. The manager even gave me a Souvinir from Wuxi.
