Beautiful hotel, very well located, tidy and good service. Room was smaller than expected but good value overall.

This hotel was below my expectation. No restaurant at the property and the breakfast is not satisfactory except for the bakery and coffee there are no other choices for me probably because it is in a good location in N.Y. It can be a 3-star hotel, not a 4-star

I really don't understand why this hotel has such a high rating. A room with breakfast, but the breakfast is a 10 yuan voucher. You can choose drinks and bread in the cafe on the first floor. Everyone lined up to get breakfast and ate in the aisle. I've never seen it before! It's a rip-off to choose a room with breakfast. There was a long queue for the elevator, because the three elevators were small and could only accommodate five people at most, and there was no luggage. There was nothing in the room except the bed. There was no coffee machine, tea bags, or kettle. The room was average, there was too much dust on the floor, and there was dust everywhere in the corners.

Traveling to New York, it's great to stay alone or as a couple. The house is small, but the location is good. You can walk through Central Park to the art museum. For breakfast, you can exchange coupons for your favorite bread. There is a bar at night, you can order chicken wings and drink a beer.

The location is more convenient and the surrounding environment is okay. The room was very small. At first, the window of the room faced the patio and it was dark. Later, it leaked and we changed to another room which was okay. The wifi was very poor and it was almost impossible to work.

The family suite is very practical, with a good environment and convenient surroundings. It is close to Central Park, very convenient for shopping and traveling, and the service is also quite meticulous. I will consider booking here next time.

Just a boutique hotel. There is a cake shop downstairs. If breakfast is included, it is considered a breakfast shop. The room is not big, but it is quite exquisite. It seemed pretty good at first, but on the last day, for some unknown reason, they didn't clean it for us. It is 2-3 blocks away from the supermarket and 3-4 blocks away from Central Park. Relatively quiet.

The room is small, but the bed is big enough! Overall it's good, because the location is good, the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Museum of Natural History are within walking distance! Special thanks to the long-haired Asian lady at the hotel front desk. Although she can't speak Chinese, she can understand what we say and is very enthusiastic to help us. Thank her very much! Five stars for her!
