The services of the staff, Anna was excellent. This is the first time the hotel staff request to add them on a wechat group. However, it is a good thing we leave a handphone cable in the hotel and the staff wechat us and informed us about it. The hotel is very new.

Had a late evening check in yesterday and was running late for an event- George, Tarison and Kenny were super helpful with a quick check in. They also spoke English so we felt comfortable asking them questions and overall our stay was very comfortable.

The hotel is a bit far from Taihu Lake, about 20 minutes. Kevin at the front desk was very polite and greeted me. His professional and efficient check-in made me feel his many years of service experience. He arranged a high-floor room for me, which was spacious, clean and tidy. Although the window faces the K11 shopping mall, there is no noise pollution. There are welcome fruits prepared in advance in the room. The decoration smell is indeed there. When checking in, Kevin introduced the room features in detail through simple communication, and also reminded of the details of breakfast dining time and swimming pool closure. He was really thoughtful. He also cared about my sleep quality the next day. It was really meticulous. There was a feeling of going home. The bar is on the top floor. Families who like it can consider it. The background music in the hotel lobby is very nice, but the lobby does not feel the aromatherapy smell of InterContinental. The overall experience is very good. I hope to meet Kevin again when I come next time. He is really considerate.

This experience was amazing! The location is excellent and travel is convenient; the room is spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, and the night view is especially charming. The service of Miss Leila at the front desk was great. I paid her for the executive lounge privileges, which made eating and drinking much more convenient. The hotel is close to Shangxian River Wetland Park, quiet in the bustling city, like an oasis in the city. The hotel lobby is very grand, with a spiral staircase full of artistic atmosphere. The room is relatively large, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows offer a panoramic view of the beautiful scenery of the wetland park. The rooms are equipped with Dyson hair dryers and Byredo toiletries. The details are very good. In terms of catering, the buffet breakfast is very rich and the dining experience is good. I stayed at the newly opened InterContinental Hotel. The decoration of the public corridor still had a little smell, but it did not affect the stay. The room was equipped with an air purifier and basically had no smell. The east side of the hotel is close to the K11 shopping mall and there is still some noise under construction. Please consider it carefully. The west side faces the wetland park and has a pleasant view. The hotel is directly connected to the subway station Line 4 and is about half an hour away from the scenic spot. The concierge will help call a taxi and provide enthusiastic service. It would be even better if a robot was arranged to deliver takeaway meals.

This is the first time I choose an InterContinental hotel to bring my children to experience the light of Taihu Lake and the beauty of Lihu Lake in Wuxi. I am grateful to the concierge for showing me the room. I decided to choose this hotel, but the decoration smell is really strong but it does not affect the stay. He also helped me arrange children's toiletries and prepared a bathtub cover for the children to take a bath. It is very considerate. The breakfast on the fourth floor is of good quality, but it is a bit crowded when the team stays in. The swimming pool is small but very clean. The room hygiene is very good. The toiletries are very high-end. The takeaway ordered in the evening needs to be picked up by yourself. There are a few minor flaws during the stay. Thank you Manager Kevin Jiang for helping me change rooms and taking me to see other rooms. Because the abnormal noise in the room prevented me from falling asleep, earplugs were also arranged. Snacks and drink coupons were arranged for the next day. The children had a lot of fun. The overall stay was very good, and the service attitude was very enthusiastic. The hotel hardware needs to be improved. The surrounding area is too remote. Wuxi really has no nightlife.
