The hotel is surrounded by lot of Shopping Mall. Therefore, there are lot of choices for meals. Hotel is clean, and the staff also very kind and helpful.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel, the location is pretty convenient because the subway is right next to the hotel. Most staff members can speak English and their breakfast options are amazing, there’s a lot of great dishes to choose from. Will definitely be coming back!

Room 3032 has a good orientation, overlooking the city and the river. It is close to the Yellow Crane Tower and convenient to go anywhere. The hot dry noodles nearby are very delicious. The hotel's breakfast is also very rich, and the noodles taste good! I strongly recommend the Hubei Provincial Museum. You must go and see the Sword of Goujian, King of Yue, the chime bells, the 2,400-year-old salted fish, the golden spring, the drum stand... Otherwise, it would be a waste of time to come to Hubei. Don't miss the Liangwang Pavilion on the third floor

The room is simple and comfortable. The staff is very enthusiastic and professional. There is enough drinking water in the room. If you don't have time to eat breakfast, you can go to the front desk to pack it. Because the game is in the evening, I asked for a late check-out and the front desk agreed. They also gave me a refrigerator magnet from Wuhan. It is a very good and cost-effective hotel

I recently went to Wuhan on a business trip and chose to stay at Hampton by Hilton Wuhan East Lake Optics Valley. The location of the hotel is very good, close to East Lake, convenient for subway, pleasant surrounding environment, when checking in, the front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, and very efficient. York is very reliable and was very enthusiastic to help mail the leftover items when checking out, the service is great!

Hotel facilities are great, staff are friendly especially the front desk agent Mia, she gave us a room that we requested and great support during our stay, will definitely be back next time to for her. Anyhow, other agent like Summer needs some improvement thought with bigger smile and greeting to guests upon arrival and greeting when meeting each time.

I stayed here on a business trip to Wuhan. The environment and facilities are very good. The front desk lady Ally is very attentive and professional. The room is relatively large, newly decorated, clean and tidy, and the bathroom facilities are great. When I checked in, I accidentally broke a cup. The hotel staff did not ask for compensation and asked me if I was injured. I really felt that the hotel service was very warm. The breakfast restaurant was very beautiful and the meals were also rich. The hotel has a small gym where you can run every day. There is also a laundry room next to it, which has individually packaged laundry detergent, which I can use when I wash my clothes. A good hotel effectively comforts the hard-working workers on business trips.

The breakfast of Hilton Garden Inn is still awesome, and the local specialty noodles at the freshly cooked stalls are especially worth a try. When entering and leaving the hotel, you can see the energetic smiles of the front desk staff. I casually said, ”It's hard to find the snack street here.” They immediately took out the food map they designed, and even clearly marked which store would have to wait in line for how long. What's more exaggerated is that the weather was a bit gloomy in the morning.
