This is a great hotel! The hotel thoughtfully upgraded the room type when we checked in. They also added a quilt for the child. The breakfast the next morning was also super rich and delicious! We needed to cancel our extended stay due to an emergency at home, and the hotel handled it very quickly and efficiently, and also reminded us to communicate with Ctrip customer service. Later, Ctrip also thoughtfully canceled it for us! Super good! Ctrip five-star service! Hotel five-star service! Thank you, and good luck in the new year! Will come again!

The facilities in the room are of excellent quality and easy to use. The service of the hotel is impeccable. Leon, the warm and friendly staff, can always meet the needs of guests in time and make people feel the meticulous care. The food in the restaurant is also full of praise, and every dish is delicious. I enjoyed the high quality accommodation and had a great time here. The hotel environment is good, the lobby is very grand, hot water and cookies are provided 24 hours a day, and there are free computers for use. The room size is good, the front desk service is very good and warm. This time I was upgraded to a room with floor-to-ceiling windows for free, the view is very wide, the cleaning lady is very enthusiastic, the sanitation is very detailed and clean. My son likes the rotating TV cabinet the most. The overall facilities of the hotel are quite complete and very good.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel, the location is pretty convenient because the subway is right next to the hotel. Most staff members can speak English and their breakfast options are amazing, there’s a lot of great dishes to choose from. Will definitely be coming back!
