The result is super fast! It's almost a second back to ～ This kind of service attitude is really rare, giving people a feeling of ”being valued”. 2️⃣ On the day of check-in: The front desk lady is super polite, the smile is very sweet 😊, and told me that she was the customer service who helped me answer questions on Trip.com last night! Very hard ～ And the room was upgraded to a ”squatting room” for free, the room was oversized and super comfortable ～ The only small problem is: because of the low temperature in Wuhan recently, the hotel's air conditioning and cooling function has been turned off. For me, a Malaysian, it is a bit hot at night (I am at home with 16 degrees). But!
