The hotel is located nearby the food street, got a lot of delicious street food and decent local restaurants, the hawkers will love this place; it’s near MRT station and Hankou train stations, it’s conveniently located. And the staff are very friendly, the self laundry service also interesting

Good location and high quality, free facilities.(Laundromat, Gym and supper) Spacious room for a family of 3 and great front desk reception! Coupled with the panoramic view of the Yangtze River from the dining area+room.

1. The decoration is very new and quiet. There is no smoke and odor in the room. 2. The service is very good and enthusiastic 3. The bedding is comfortable, and the traditional craftsmanship of Atour 4. The water temperature is unstable and the water quality is worrying. When taking a bath, the water temperature changes from 30 degrees to 45+ degrees at any time. Sometimes the water is still white. There is no way to solve the problem 5. There is a baby bathtub for bathing, but there is no bed guard for sleeping. A quilt is given on the ground to prevent children from falling. 6. The hotel's umbrella is a transparent crispy umbrella, which is easy to break and small, but it is better than nothing Because of the hot water problem, I will not stay here again with my baby. However, the service and hygiene are good, and the price-performance ratio is still good. It is not a problem to stay for a day for short-term business

I was traveling alone on business and sprained my foot. It was very inconvenient to go to the hospital every day. It was also very inconvenient to have breakfast every day. I had to trouble Yunle, the friend at the hotel front desk, to bring it to me every day. I was really grateful. When the staff saw me going out with crutches, they would help me as soon as possible. I was really touched. Even if we need takeout or something, the front desk staff will deliver it to the room immediately. It is very heartwarming and makes me feel at home. It is also the first time that I feel valued. In the future, Atour will be my first choice for business trips and I will strongly recommend it to my friends.

second time here this month. love the front desk, very professional, very caring and helpful in every way. far exceeding the top levels of service you'd expect. check in is fast, professional, rooms are clean, food is great. you feel safe here at all times and the staff is quick to help when you need a recommendation. this is a very family friendly hotel and i am incredibly impressed. I want to especially thank this person at the front desk, even if she's too shy to claim credit for it. She helped us in every way when we got here and helped make the entire trip smooth.

I was just going to book one day and add another stay. I tried to make UnionPay on-site payment, but it failed as a result. However, all the staff at the site helped me as hard as they could and it was very impressive. The ATOUR staff were kind as well and the same was true here.

We stayed 4 nights (break up in between as we took high speed train to Nanjing before returning to Wuhan). We are quite happy with my stay. Bedlinens are very clean. Shampoo, hair conditioner shower gel and hand wash are of good quality snd smell great. Strong air-conditioner, good tv reception, good lightings, not too strong nor too dim. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers and there are always queues. Hope hotel can increase to 4 washers and 4 dryers and assign staff to manage the laundry queues so that guests do not have to wait so long for our turn. Hotel is in a good location, 200m from Jianghan metro station, exit C. Many shopping (including Zara)and eateries/restaurants. Will return to stay.

這次來同濟醫院看病，入住亞朵酒店非常省心！酒店離醫院步行僅10分鐘，早上覆查特別方便。房間安靜整潔，床墊軟硬適中，術後休息得很好。前台小姐姐知道我們是來看病的，主動幫忙收快遞、提供延遲退房，很貼心。早餐營養豐富，有粥和清淡小菜，適合病人。周邊吃飯、買水果都很便利，下次來複查還會住這裏！看了一下健身房也很大，洗衣房有5台機器，基本不會排隊！非常推薦。設施設備還是很不錯的

We were living in 3110 at the time. The soundproofing was really bad. The screams of the ****** in 3111 next door were really deafening. What’s even more funny is that I don’t know what this couple was doing. It was midnight at midnight. Lots of jumping and stuff, the room is for resting, not for bungee jumping. But I have to say that the soundproofing of this room is really poor. I didn’t expect Atour to be like this. It seems that quality control needs to be strengthened.

Stayed at [Yellow Crane Tower Atour] and had a great experience! As soon as you enter the lobby, you will find the decoration style is simple and elegant, the aromatherapy smell is soothing and relaxing, the front desk staff is enthusiastic and professional, and check-in is quick. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and there was not a single wrinkle on the linens. I slept very soundly at night. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are of high quality and comfortable to use. The room is also well soundproofed and is completely free from outside interference. The hotel's breakfast is rich and varied. The location is excellent, close to the Yellow Crane Tower and convenient for traveling. Next time I come here, I will definitely choose this one!
